La ubicación es excelente tiene una vista privilegiada en todo el frente de las pirámides , tiene 3 perspectivas visuales, una desde la terraza, otra desde el rooftop y la tercera que no me esperaba ya que yo reservé la habitación básica con cena y desayuno incluido (súper divinos y excelente cantidad, el desayuno es buffet así que puedes comer lo que quieras) para mi sorpresa por cortesía me asignaron la habitación con vista a la pirámide, un gesto 10/10, la mejor vista de toda mi vida. Nadeem es una excelente anfitriona, amable, atenta y empatica, dispuesta en todo momento y habla español por lo que hace que tu estadía sea más amena, el personal atento y amable, el hotel está en una zona tranquila y segura cerca de restaurant bancos tiendas ventas de comida.
Aún y cuando la habitación estaba perfectamente limpia y aseada, olvidaron un pequeño detalle, y me di cuenta cuando ya estaba mojado luego de bañarme y es que no dejaron toallas en la habitación, tener que salir mojado del baño e intentar llamar y que la línea 0 no este disponible es algo incómodo. Además la habitación es grande y eso me encanta sin embargo el aire acondicionado tiene muy poca capacidad para cubrir esa área por lo que puedes sentir algo de calor en la noche y estando en El Cairo en verano es algo difícil.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this hotel. If you’re looking for comfort and an unforgettable view of the Giza Pyramids, this is the perfect place. The panoramic view is simply breathtaking—you can enjoy the pyramids from your room, the restaurant, and the terrace, making every moment special.
We stayed in a terrace room, and waking up to such an incredible view was one of the highlights of our trip. Despite Egypt’s famous heat, every member of the staff was warm, welcoming, and always greeted us with a smile.
Although we arrived much earlier than the official check-in time, the receptionist, Mr. Mohammed, kindly arranged an early check-in for us, which we truly appreciated after our journey. A special thank you to Ms. Madeen, who checked on us throughout our stay and always made sure we had everything we needed. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived.
The hotel was spotless, peaceful, and very well maintained. The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, and the quality of the toiletries in the room was much better than we expected.
As a family, we felt comfortable, relaxed, and genuinely cared for throughout our stay. We would definitely choose this hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone who values comfort, exceptional hospitality, and the best panoramic view of the pyramids. 前台女孩非常友好，离店还给凉水喝，还建议我们在哪个商场购物，和每个地点的参观时间。非常非常好的一个女孩。地理位置无敌的存在，定的唯一一间独立阳台房，景观最佳。
离店时前台女孩好几遍问我们住宿体验如何，有任何不满意吗？我们都说没有，因为她的同事，那个二楼餐厅穿黑袍的女孩对我进行了欺诈。我当天晚上在她那买了六瓶矿泉水，特意问了价格她说15埃镑每瓶，我还特意确认了六瓶总共90埃镑，问她是否正确，她说对。我说再拿两瓶，总共八瓶，抱在怀里拿回房间再送钱给你。等我回来拿着120埃镑给她，她马上改口说不对，是50一瓶！！！让我给他400埃镑！！！因为我已经拿走并饮用，她对我进行了欺诈！我非常的生气，并不想对家人说影响他们心情。这个酒店的员工真的真的特别恶劣。国人一定一定要慎重二楼餐厅黑袍女孩，远离她并鄙视她，她是个卑劣的骗子！
Good beds, silent room, great location, great terrace in front of the Sphinx, great WiFi.
One AC was stopping with “EC” message after a few minutes. No way the property could fix it. The shower was not draining, the drain was clogged with air and slime, had to clean it out.

La posizione migliore per godersi le piramidi e la sfinge. Noi abbiamo soggiornato nella suite con terrazza e la vista non ha paragoni con nessun altra struttura. Personale molto carino e gentile, sempre sorridenti, soprattutto la ragazza alla reception. Super consigliato
Super bien ubicado justo en frente de las pirámides, se encuentra justo en la entrada de abajo del complejo, la vista desde la terraza y rooftop preciosa. Habitaciones muy grandes y nuevas, está muy bien calidad-precio, entra desayuno que está bien, te guardan equipaje, personal amable y zona segura. Lo recomendamos!

Our one-night stay at the Gate Hotel was a wonderful start to our trip. The hotel is about an hour's drive from the airport, and the surrounding area in Giza is fairly ordinary, so guests shouldn't expect a particularly upscale neighbourhood. However, once we found the hotel and stepped inside, our entire impression changed.
The moment we entered, we were welcomed with a refreshing and delicious hibiscus welcome drink, which was a lovely touch after our journey.
We were warmly welcomed by Nadine, who was an absolute sweetheart. She greeted us with genuine kindness, made us feel at home immediately, handled our check-in quickly and efficiently, and even took the time to show us around the hotel. Her hospitality truly set the tone for our stay and made us feel like valued guests from the moment we arrived.
We stayed in a spacious suite that comfortably accommodated our family of five. After a long journey, it was exactly what we needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with an incredible view of the pyramids that made the stay even more special.
The restaurant was one of the highlights of the hotel. It offers some of the most spectacular views imaginable, overlooking all three pyramids and the Sphinx. There are two dining areas—one on the rooftop and another on the fourth floor—and both provide breathtaking panoramic views. Breakfast was excellent, and guests can choose between indoor air-conditioned seating with large panoramic windows or an outdoor terrace, both allowing you to enjoy the stunning scenery while dining.
If your priority is staying as close as possible to the Giza Pyramids and waking up to unforgettable views, I would highly recommend the Gate Hotel. The combination of comfortable accommodation, outstanding dining views, and exceptional hospitality—especially from Nadine—made our stay truly memorable.
Overall, there was very little that I disliked about the property, and none of these points took away from what was otherwise a wonderful stay.
One area that could use some attention is cleanliness in a few of the common areas, particularly around the stairwells. The rooms, dining areas, and the rest of the hotel were spotless and very well maintained. It was only these small areas that seemed to be overlooked. It's not a question of luxury—just ensuring every corner of the hotel reflects the same level of cleanliness and care as the rest of the property.
Another minor issue was locating the hotel. My driver took a little extra time finding it, as the signage isn't very prominent from the road. A larger, more visible sign displaying "The Gate Hotel" would make it much easier for guests and drivers to identify the property from a distance.
To further enhance the ambience, I would also suggest reconsidering the fragrance used in the lobby and common areas. During our stay, the hotel appeared to use burning incense, which may not appeal to every guest and, to me, had a scent reminiscent of a temple. Given Egypt's rich heritage in perfumes and fragrances, perhaps a lighter signature scent, a premium air freshener, or a subtle oud fragrance would create a more universally pleasant atmosphere.
One design feature that didn't quite work for us was the placement of the bathtub. In our family suite, the bathtub was located in the bedroom beside the bed and directly in front of the window rather than inside the bathroom. While this layout may be suitable for a couple's room, it felt impractical in a suite designed for families or larger groups. Since I was travelling with my children and my mother, I couldn't realistically use it, so it ended up serving little purpose. If the bathtub had been installed within the bathroom instead, it would have been far more functional.
The location is unbeatable. The hotel is directly in front of the Pyramids with an incredible view. The staff was friendly and tried to help whenever they could.
What I didn’t like:
The hotel needs much better maintenance and cleanliness. The toilet in my room leaked dirty water every time it was flushed. I was also disappointed with the Nile cruise they arranged. After I paid, I was told the advertised luxury cruise was no longer available unless I paid an extra $500, and the replacement was much older and not the same quality. I believe guests should receive exactly what is promised.

Otel çok güzeldi çalışanlar çok ilgiliydiler. Ebutalip ve Dahab’a ayrıca teşekkür etmek isterim. Kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği çok lezzetliydi. Her yerde köfte yemeyen biri olarak köftesine bayıldım. Manzara nefes kesici idi. Odalar temizdi.
