Pros:

Relativ neues Zimmer

Cons:

Sehr laut, da das Hotel direkt an der Straße ist. Sehr warm im Zimmer. Kein Durchzug möglich somit geht die Hitze nicht aus dem Zimmer. Bei höheren Temperaturen nicht zu empfehlen.
Das System mit Schlüsselcode zum öffnen der Türen funktioniert nicht! Hatten 3 Zimmer wovon 1 Zimmer erst nach mehrmaliger Eingabe zu öffnen war und 1 Zimmer gar nicht mit dem Schlüsselcode zu öffnen war. Die Rufnummer war in unserem Fall nicht erreichbar, mussten lange auf einen Rückruf warten, sehr nervig. Es ist dann ein Schlüssel hinterlegt worden da die Tür nicht mit dem Schlüsselcode zu öffnen war.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ok
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war modern und sauber.

Cons:

Die Fenster wurden allerdings wohl schon länger nicht mehr geputzt.
Leider sind die Zimmer nicht klimatisiert und es gab auch keine Ventilatoren, bei 35 Grad nicht wirklich angenehm.

Einfaches Ein-und Auschecken, sehr sehr freundliches und hilfsbereitesPetsonal telefonisch, Einrichtung einfach aber schön, besonders das Bad , sehr gut zu verdunkeln und gut Geräusch isoliert, sehr gute Lage mit Einkaufsmöglichkeit nahe bei

Das Hotel ist gut erreichbar und der 24/7 selbst check-in macht das anreisen ohne Zeitdruck möglich.

Cons:

Es gibt keinen Lift, d.h. wir durften unser Gepäck ins 2. OG hochschleppen.

Das Bettlaken war an 2 Stellen gerissen.

Gegen 08.45 wurde einfach mal unsere Zimmerer geöffnet und direkt wieder geschlossen.

Um 09.53 wurde an unsere Zimmerer geklopft. Draußen stand die Reinigungskraft und meinte wir müssen JETZT auschecken. Meine Frau hat ihr gesagt, dass wir noch ein paar Minuten hätten und diese auch brauchen. Da pampte die Dame meine Frau doch glatt an, wir sollen jetzt gehen! Meine Frau meinte nur, wir haben das Zimmer bis 10 Uhr und hat die Tür geschlossen.

Overpriced, Dirty, Basic level of accommodation
Cons:

The price gouging. Hugely expensive for what you got.
The very most basic facilities. Bed. Bathroom 2 towels. Think Travel lodge without the character.
Floor .5cm deep in dust, whole room only cleaned to very basic level.
Only vending machine and a coin pay coffee machine. Clearly ok for locals but what biz travellers carry coins.
Dirty pair of black lacy women's knickers left on floor. Decided not to pick them up and kicked them under chair. Perhaps they rent rooms by the hour also?
Very noisy at night and room had a very bright roof light directly outside which was so bright you could read a book at night without needing a light. The broken curtains did not help
Save yourself some money and stay in a nicer place in Hannover or surrounds. Public transport very good and only a few minutes away.
Grotty, uncomfortable, expensive and the convenience of location cannot justify the 180 Euro per night charged.
