Highly recommended and I would stay again
Pros:

Friendly staff, Clean place, exceptional free clothe washing service and free bottled water supplies. Beyond good services.

Cons:

About 15mins walk to the subway station- 1km

Pros:

Le personnel aux petits soins, nous sommes arrivés à 6h du matin, ils ont pu nous mettre à disposition une chambre en attendant que la nôtre soit prête. Voyageant avec des enfants en bas âges c'était très très appréciable.

Pros:

Exceptional customer service, very helpful staff.
Great rooms for the price, the location is very convenient with good access to other districts.
Plenty of small shops and restaurants around the hotel aswell.
All in all, no doubt im coming back here again.

Cons:

The buffet is often empty if you're more than 5 minutes late.

Make sure you give clear instructions about thr laundry, otherwise you might encounter some minor problems. Other than that, everything is good.

Pros:

The staff are super helpful there. The room is very nice and comfy. Very good quality bathroom facilities, we are impressed by the quality of the bath towels for example. The hotel provides great breakfast and night snacks. Great value.

Cons:

There are people smoking in other rooms, the smell travels to our room sometimes. The hotel seems to do nothing to prevent people from smoking inside. The hotel will have a much better environment if they can be strict about not smoking indoors.

Pros:

Excellent service from the staff. Very helpful. Free simple supper. Free laundry. A grocery store nearby. One restaurant connected to hotel and another nice restaurant just 200m away. There are also several restaurants within walking distance.

Cons:

Location is slightly far from the nearest subway station (Jingsong), about 1km, but it's walkable and easy to get e-hailing taxi (DiDi) from hotel.

Exceptional service. Free snacks. Free simple supper. Free laundry (but not for undergarments and socks). There is a mini grocery market nearby, and several eataries within walking distance.

Cons:

Slightly far (1km) from the nearest Jingsong subway station but it is walkable and also easy to get e-hailing taxi (DiDi)

Pros:

I like the clean environment, also laundry was cleaned after end of the day.
Staff were friendly and helpful too.

Cons:

The smoking smell in the hotel rooms were terrible every morning and evening till night.
Guest smoking in the room and opening their door which caused the corridor to be full of smoking smell.
This caused my kids' sensitive nose to be sneezing.
