Luxurious location in the heart of BGC.
Pros:

The location was very convenient & the hotel was first-rate!

Impossible to sleep
Pros:

Clean, nice furniture, staff , facilities

Cons:

Extremely noisy, ducted air con units even when not in use, next doors/ upstairs generators can be heard all night. Slept with ear plugs in. Also a smell of sewage from the sinks, which was throughout the Phillipines.

Nice place to stay.
Pros:

Staff are wonderful very helpful. The food at Raging Bull Chophouse was excellant and staff {Kay} was great. The breakfast buffet was always good with excellent service.

Cons:

The cafe could be cleaner. The wall by where we sat was dirty.

We can't wait to come back! love shangri-la.
Pros:

The checkin service was memorable. When we arrived after airport shuttle picked us up, we were greeted knowing it was Mr.Luciani already. And instead of walking to the reception, our rooms were ready and was taken straight to room where check-in was proceeded. It was a smooth process and greeted with genuine smiles along the way and throughout our stay.

We also highly recommend the Chinese restaurant. One of the best we've been to. Everything we ordered was delicious and even with 4 glasses of french rose, the price was very reasonable in comparison to australian prices. If we lived in manila, we would be there every sunday.

I have to say, the margarita in the lounge was definitely one of my favorite. perfection.

Cons:

Only thing i could possible add a touch to, after we checked out , we used the childrens pool and the showers had no soap or shampoo to use. it would be nice if the the conceirge or pool men had backup toiletries to offer to guests who are enjoying the facilities one last time and possilby get ready before their flight. =) just a little extra tip.
