Hotel scenografico con camere molto grandi e bagno altrettanto enorme sia con doccia che con vasca, sicuramente alcune migliorie da applicare. Colazione eccellente.
Check-in lungo in maniera imbarazzante, insonorizzazione praticamente assente, il vetro non si chiudeva bene e dando la camera sulla strada era veramente rumorosa.

المراتب فير مريحة نهائيا خاصة السرير المشترك والازعاج من الشارع للغرف المطلة على الشارع خاصة بوجود مستشفى بجانب الفندق
النظافة غير جيدة بالغالب ولا يتم تجديد الصابون والشامبو والامور الاخرى الا بالطلب.
تم ذكر وجود مواقف من ضمن الامور الموجودة في الفندق ولم يتم ذكر دفع مبلغ إضافي الا بعد اتمام الحجز .
التلفاز متعطل ولا يعمل وطلبنا اصلاحه ولم يتم الا قبل المغادرة بيومين وقد اقمنا 12 يوم ومع ذلك لم يتم الاصلاح .
الماء ضعيف جدا في الشاور .

مانصح في ابد مكيفاته خربانه واذا كلكت الرسبشن قالو نعتذر صيانه كذب وحولوني اربع غرف نفس الموضوع ولاتغير شي وعشت اخيس 6 ايام في عشان دافع فلوس مقدم وقلت ابي اطلع قالو مانرجعلك فلوسك تعامل يسئ جدا ومانصح في ابدا لحد يحجز ويغلط نفسي ويخسر ويتندم جدا خايس وتعامل ومكيفات حاره خربانه ومايرجعون الفلوس ولايساعدون

My rooms was on the street sides and very noisy , They can reduce the noise by reducing the area of the windows .
Florance Nightingale Hastanesi’nin hemen yanında
Odalar maalesef temiz ve hijyenik değil. Koltuklarda garip lekeler vardı; banyodaki silikonların neredeyse tamamı kararmış ve oldukça kötü durumdaydı. Odalarda ayrıca rahatsız edici bir koku var.
Temizlik konusunda beni en çok rahatsız eden olay ise, bir temizlik görevlisinin toz almak için kullandığı bezle bardakların içini de sildiğine bizzat şahit olmamdı. Benzer uygulamalarla ilgili, beş yıldızlı oteller dahil, daha önce çeşitli hikâyeler duymuştum; ancak ilk kez kendi gözlerimle gördüm. Hijyen açısından kabul edilebilir bulmuyorum.
Teras odalarında balkon kapıları tam olarak kapanmıyor ve bu nedenle dışarıdaki gürültü doğrudan odaya geliyor. Ayrıca ortak teras alanında yan odalarla fazlasıyla iç içesiniz. Hem mahremiyet hem de güvenlik açısından rahatsız edici bir düzen.
Klima da ayrı bir sorun: Açtığınızda, ayarladığınız derece ne olursa olsun oda buz gibi oluyor. Kapattığınızda ise oda kısa sürede sıcak ve kötü kokulu hale geliyor. Konforlu bir orta ayar tutturmak neredeyse mümkün değil.
Otopark konusunda da personel arasında ciddi bir bilgi ve iletişim eksikliği var. İkinci konaklamamızın sonunda, check-out sırasında görüştüğümüz belki de onuncu resepsiyon görevlisi, otelin yanındaki özel otoparka bodrum katından doğrudan geçiş olduğunu söyledi. Daha önce görüştüğümüz bazı çalışanların ise otoparkın nerede olduğu veya nasıl işlediği konusunda dahi yeterli bilgisi yoktu.
Benzer bir durum otelin çevresiyle ilgili sorular için de geçerli. Görüştüğümüz personelden yakın çevrede gidilebilecek yerler konusunda doğru düzgün bilgi veya tavsiye alamadık. Bu seviyede ve bu markayı taşıyan bir otelde, özellikle resepsiyon personelinin en azından otelin bulunduğu semt ve yakın çevre hakkında misafirlere temel öneriler sunabilmesini beklerdim.
Rezervasyon konusunda da her iki konaklamamızda sorun yaşadık. Check-in için geldiğimizde resepsiyon personeli rezervasyonumuzu sistemde bulmakta zorlandı veya rezervasyondan haberdar değilmiş gibi davrandı.
La suite est très spacieuse avec un excellent rapport qualité prix. Le petit déjeuner comporte vraiment ce qu’il faut avec des produits frais et le personnel du restaurant et de l’accueil très professionnel.
Les meubles et le carrelage dans les toilettes un peu vieux. L’hôtel ne dispose pas d’un grand lobby.
