الفندق زين لكن مشكلة قلة الموظفين.

المكان مناسب على الشارع ومحلات تجارية ومجمعات قريبة منهم ، حجزنا الفندق عشان المستشفى بجانبه وعندنا مراجعات.
الموظفين كانوا محترمين معانا.
تنظيف الغرفة كانت ممتازة ماعندنا اي مشكلة مع التنظيف بعكس بعض التعليقات الي ذكروها.
واشكر الموظفين لما كلمتهم اني رميت شي بالقمامة وطلبت منهم يرجعونه وفعلاً اهتموا بالموضوع.

انا ماعرف كيف مصنف 4 نجوم وعيب على رامادا يكون عندهم نفس هالفندق ..
مشكلتهم بالإدارة حاطين موظفين قليل يعني ماعندنا حد يساعدنا بالشنط ومافي الا موظف واحد بالاستقبال !
مش معقوله اروح شقه يطلعون لي الموظفين ويخدمونا لكن الفندق ماعنده هالشي ! المشكلة مش بالموظفين المشكلة بالتوفير الإدارة تحاول تقلل الموظفين وصار عندهم ضغط.
السرير ماكان مريح لي لان عندي الدسك.
المخدات اول يوم كانوا فيهم ريحة سيئة.
لما طلعنا سألنا اذا عندهم ميزان للشنط قالوا لاء بس الشقة قبل سكنا فيها كان عندهم 😀.
واغلب الوقت في ازعاج من اصوات شارع العام من الاسعاف والشرطة والسيارات الي تتسابق اخر الليل والدراجات. غير هالنقاط ماعندنا مشكلة.

Pros:

Hotel wybrałam ze względu na bliskość szpitala. Patrząc na ocenę hotelu na stronie bookingu trochę się martwiłam, ale można powiedzieć, że rozczarowałam się pozytywnie. Duży pokój, wygodne łóżko. Smaczne śniadanie z dużym wyborem i świeżym pieczywem.

Cons:

Okna wychodziły na ruchliwą ulicę i dla osób z lekkim snem mogło to by być problemem. Łazienka trochę nadgryziona zębem czasu, ale ok. Musiałam dwa razy prosić o fakturę. Pierwszy recepcjonista wprowadził mnie w błąd mówiąc, że to serwis booking wystawia fv a nie hotel. Natomiast jak odbierałam bagaże inny recepcjonista bez problemu wystawił mi fakturę.

Pros:

Stuff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and large. Location is good, especially for those who came to visit Florence Nightingale Hospital - it is just next to it. Metro station is very close, and it is possible to reach any location in the city easily. Suitable for long stay.

Ik verblijf al jaren in dit hotel, maar de kwaliteit gaat helaas steeds verder achteruit. Daarom heb ik definitief besloten om hier niet meer te verblijven.

Het hotel was erg vuil. Er wordt zogezegd gepoetst, maar dit gebeurt duidelijk niet grondig. Mijn slippers werden zelfs weggegooid zonder mijn toestemming en ik kreeg geen nieuwe ter vervanging. Daarnaast werden de vloeren zo slecht schoongemaakt dat de onderkant van mijn sokken helemaal zwart werden. Het personeel is bovendien zeer onvriendelijk. Wanneer je een klacht of melding van ontevredenheid doorgeeft, wordt hier niets mee gedaan en krijg je zelfs geen excuses.

Vroeger werd je nog vriendelijk ontvangen, geholpen met je koffers en begeleid naar je kamer. Momenteel is daar absoluut geen sprake meer van.

Er werd mij eerst een veel goedkopere kamer aangeboden dan de kamer die ik had geboekt. Pas nadat ik mijn boekingsbevestiging liet zien, kon ik hen met veel moeite overtuigen om mij de juiste kamer te geven.

Ook wanneer ik informatie vroeg over bijvoorbeeld mijn betaling, konden ze mij geen correcte uitleg geven. Daarnaast is er ’s nachts enorm veel lawaai, omdat er voortdurend mensen worden ingecheckt die slechts één nacht blijven.

Ik raad dit hotel absoluut niet aan, en voor mij was dit zeker de laatste keer.
