🛑 STOP — LOOK NO FURTHER! THIS HOTEL IS THE BEST OVERALL!

We had an excellent experience from beginning to end. The staff truly made our stay special, and the level of service, knowledge, and hospitality was outstanding.

Yalcin, the General Manager, is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and speaks multiple languages. He went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for, especially with our shopping needs, and gave us excellent advice about the area.

Mahmood from Guest Relations is incredibly friendly and welcoming. When it comes to Istanbul’s social life, nightlife, and places to go, he is very knowledgeable and always ready to help with recommendations.

Duygu at the front desk is wonderful! Friendly, multilingual, and very knowledgeable about the surrounding area. She can guide you in the right direction and is extremely helpful with reservations and anything else you may need during your stay.

The breakfast is delicious, with a great selection, and the hotel offers excellent value for the money.

What really separates this hotel from others is the staff. They don’t simply provide service—they genuinely make an effort to help you enjoy Istanbul and get the most out of your stay.

Highly recommended. We would absolutely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We stayed at this hotel with our family for a week, and we had a wonderful experience. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. A special thanks to the reception staff, especially the lovely lady with curly hair, Mr. Omid and Rabia, who were always friendly, helpful, and smiling. They made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay.

Ultracentral, aproape de statia de metrou, comod si linistit.

Personal binevoitor, ospitalier, mic dejun divers, gustos. Camere curate, comode. Locatie foarte buna. Am fost la masaj si sauna si am fost foarte incantata de aceasta experienta. Imi pare rau ca nu am reusit sa ajung si la piscina. Voi reveni cu siguranta, pentru ca a fost unul din cele mai bune hoteluri din Istanbul din toate punctele de vedere, cu raport foarte bun calitate/pret.

Kleines gemütliches Hotel in guter Lage👍🏼

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer gebucht und dieses war sehr schön, leider war die Tür defekt und wir wurden in den unteren Stock in ein veraltetes sehr enges Zimmer gebracht in der nur sehr schlanke Menschen duschen können. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist waren einfach nur müde und haben das Zimmer genommen . Für eine Nacht ok. Leider gab es seitens des Hotels nicht einmal ein Getränk aufs Haus oder etwas für die Kinder für die Unannehmlichkeit. Das wäre schon das mindeste gewesen und das sollte selbstverständlich sein.

Proprietario super gentile e disponibile. Appena siamo arrivati ci ha subito dato informazioni importanti e durante il soggiorno ci chiedeva se avessimo bisogno di qualcosa e se tutto stesse procedendo bene. Già da questo si evince la cura e l’interesse verso la clientela. Camera molto bella

Cons:

Per la colazione aggiungerei più dolci come pancake. La piscina la riscalderei un po di più. Al di là di questi dettagli, il resto era perfetto!
