In the event of a no-show or early departure, the guest will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

This policy applies regardless of the reason for the change in plans. The hotel reserves the right to remove any luggage left in the room or common areas on the day of departure. To ensure smooth check-out, we kindly ask that all personal belongings be collected before your designated departure time. Any items remaining after check-out may be subject to removal and storage at the guest's expense.

Flammable substances such as candles, bakhoor, cigarettes and s shisha are strictly prohibited in the rooms. If you break this rule, you will be subject to an OMR 100 fee to the cleaning and air purifying required. If you would like to smoke, please do so in the designated areas outdoors.

In respect and observance of the Holy Month of Ramadan, in line with the cultural and religious values of our country, please be advised that the swimming pool facilities will be temporarily closed from 19 February to 18 March 2026.

عدم تنوع الافطار ولا يوجد ماء للشرب في البوفية ..وكذالك طاقم النظافة حيث تم فتح باب الغرفة وانا نائم من قبل موظفي النظافة.

Excellent location, but the cleanliness and housekeeping need significant improvement.
Pros:

The location is excellent. It is right next to Al Araimi Boulevard, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. I stayed here two years ago and had a great experience, which is why I chose to return.

Cons:

Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing compared to my previous visit. The room did not feel clean. There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom sink, and I found insects in the shower. Housekeeping did not clean the room on the second day, and I even found a used bar of soap behind the sink. The towels were old and worn out. Overall, the cleanliness and housekeeping standards have declined.

Disappointing
Pros:

The only positive was the receptionist and employees , who were polite and welcoming.

Cons:

I had a disappointing stay overall. Unfortunately, the rest of my experience was far below expectations. I booked a king room, but when I checked in, I was given a twin room instead. After I pointed out the mistake, instead of moving me to the room I had booked, the staff simply pushed the two beds together.

The cleanliness was also very poor. I found a pair of used slippers from the previous guests underneath the bed, which made me question how well the room had been cleaned. The bathroom was not clean either, and there were small insects crawling on the floor.

The room itself was extremely humid throughout my stay, making it uncomfortable. On top of that, the hot water took around five minutes to start running every time, which is unacceptable for a hotel.

Even the key card holder was disappointing. It was an old, reused paper sleeve that was dirty and very loose. The key card could easily slip out without you noticing, making it inconvenient and not very secure. It gave the impression that the hotel simply reuses the same worn-out paper sleeves for every guest instead of replacing them.

Overall, the cleanliness, room condition, failure to provide the room I booked, and lack of attention to basic standards made this a very disappointing experience. I would not stay here again unless these issues are addressed.
