Manage your expectations
Pros:

5-10mins walk to Mid Valley Southkey Mall. Apartment is decently clean and comfortable, equipped with most amenities - tv, fridge, washer. The pool is great too.

Cons:

Apartment looked much smaller than photos and also kind of rundown. The faton bed can't even fit inside the smaller bedroom. Air-con not very cold.

Value for money, good location but cleanliness was below expectations.
Pros:

Good location and good security

Cons:

Lifts are too slow. Property seems old and not well maintained.
Cleanliness of the apartment booked was below expectations- kitchen utensils drawer was very dirty. Towels and room have a bad smell.

Staying in the unit is pretty comfortable. Bath Towels is not good. Not absorbent..

Pretty nice place.
Quiet & away from city life.

Close to MidValley but inconvenient for those without car.

Cons:

Direction to the place is very complicated. Google cannot lead you to the place easily.

Access to the apartment is quite a hassle.
QR code to pass the gate and into locker room.
PIN code to get to the locker to get access card.

Access card only for entering the lobby and lift to your unit.
To enter the Unit - another long PIN code.

In the building - no directional signs to tell you where is Tower A & Tower B.

Around the vicinity & downstairs - no shops.

Pros:

The location is very good if the stay is for work or travel around Midvalley Southkey.

Cons:

We booked the property because of the photos. But it doesn’t look like the photo provided because it is quite run down. Basic facility like fan at the living room is not working, the host provided a stand fan instead.

The air conditioner at the living room and second room are very noisy.
