I will never come back there. They lied about how the rooms look. Whats shown on booking.com is not

The bed was comfortable and we were close to the beach

Cons:

The floor in our room was sticky, only 1 elevator and the curtain was falling apart. My husband had to try and fix it so no one could see in our room.

Excellent value and great staff. the location was in the middle of everywhere you want to be.
Pros:

The staff was very pleasant. The pool area was very clean. The room was clean and updated with nice flooring and bathroom.

The door would not shut completely without pulling or pushing on the door.

No vuelvo a reservar en ese hotel más nunca nada q ver con lo q muestran las fotos cuando lo buscas

Pros:

The treatment was absolutely terrible. The supervisor—since she didn’t speak Spanish—made a nasty face and started making one demand after another; she was being racist. An emergency came up and I had to leave, but they refused to refund my money even though I hadn’t stayed there.
