Pros:

Rooms feel fresh and well-kept, the food at the 24‑hour restaurant actually tastes good, and free Wi‑Fi plus parking saved me a lot of hassle. The front desk staff were super friendly—they remembered my name by day two and kept checking in to see if I needed anything.

Reality does not live up to the pictures in the brochure!
Pros:

Not a lot, if anything. This property did not live up to the expectation that the listing suggested. One member of staff did go out to buy us some beers.

Cons:

The location, the dirt outside and alongside the building, the inability of the staff to understand basic requests. On arrival it seemed the staff were shocked to see us. The room seemed as if it had not been made ready for our arrival and when trying out the fiitings nothing seemed to work. The bed linnen was soiled. The decor was shabby to say the least, the bathroom hard to describe. The restaurant was a joke - more like a storage room. In the booking we were told no cards would be accepted, but at check in we were told cards could be used. the fire escape was lethal with rubbish and equipment stored on it. Had we not made a commitment for a tour pick up the next morning we would simply not have checked in. We checked out as soon as we got back from the tour and moved elsewhere. I have lived and worked in India before, but this did not live up to what I had reasonably expected.

Better options on the same road. Avoid this property.
Pros:

Location is good. Has blue tokai, so food options are nice.

Cons:

Very badly maintained. Linen smelled so bad, that I wanted to puke. Entire room, hotel could use a renovation. Paid a bomb for such a shitty stay.

Disappointing
Pros:

Nothing apart from Blue Tokai .

Cons:

The breakfast was the worst part of the stay , we had expired bread packets . Boiled eggs , poha , pau bhaji or paratha . Same cut fruits everyday . And the Toaster looked like it had been cleaned for ages . Such pathetic layout , when your charges are so high , is cheating the customer . I honestly think they should shut down the hotel renovate it and then again take bookings . Also the bathrooms had no shower cubicle , or a proper division , this much can be expected from even 2 stars these days , so everytime your shower the bathroom is flooded . And the Balconies are a hoax , as they are not on the road , they are shitty and they overlook the balconies of the next building and some balconies are facing the rubbles behind .
