Restaurant was exceptional,room were clean,staff behavior was good.

Cons:

View need maintenance no greenery/trees on our side of hill,security at second entrance towards villas was lazy late at night,no intercoms,mobile coverage at villas was pathetic.

Lovely staff and rooms. Clean tidy and spacious.

Cons:

Bathroom could do with little update to match the room. But overall everything was great.

Beautiful rooms anbd location
Pros:

The apartment was decorated beautifully. only negative, being far waay from entrance, you need a car as the hotel does not have a golf buggy service. My mother is elderly and the walk was too much for her. We also stayed in ramadan, the breakfast room was closed but they provided breakfast to our room.

The entire place was huge and amazing. They have alot of amenities for the kids to enjoy but unfortunately we didnt have time to let the kids enjoy it .. but its ok! We Will definitely come again the next time. The atmosphere and the surroundings was very cozy and beautiful surrounded by the nature.

Pros:

The attitude of the service people was very good.

Cons:

No arrangements for tea/coffee in the guest rooms was a soar point. In addition, there should be a pantry near the guest rooms for small eats and refreshments
