Сказали что они отдали номер который я забронировал по-другому человеку
Верхний этажи ночи воняло с запахом канализации на второй день уборка не сделана
Это посуди который на фотографии на коридоре стояла с утра до вечера.

Очень уютно, удобно, что хамам, сауна и бассейн есть в отеле.

Cons:

Был ранний выезд, забыли собрать ланчбокс, хотя мы просили это сделать и девочки на рецепшене даже сделали пометку. В итоге в 4 утра мальчик накидал в пакет из бара каких-то кексов, банан и воду.

Отель понравился, в номере комфортно, удобная кровать, чистая ванна. Ощущение чистоты на протяжении всего нашего пребывания в отеле . Завтрак достойный все что необходимо есть каши, фрукты, овощи салаты и вторые блюда, напитки, выпечка . Большой бассейн, очень жаркий и хороший хамам и сауна . Персонал вежливый и отзывчивый, был шум за стенкой, мы попросили и нам сразу поменяли номер на более тихий.

Cons:

В самом объекте больших недостатков не выявила, только удаленность от центра города, где то 25 -30 мин. на такси, иногда пользовались метро до метро пешком 8 -10 мин. ходьбы до станции Узгариш.

От данного отеля я осталась в полном восторге! Интерьер отеля просто потрясающий — все сделано с большим вкусом и вниманием к деталям.
Есть бассейн большой и очень уютный, идеально подходит для отдыха. Особенно понравились сауна и хамам — отличное место для расслабления после долгого дня. Спортзал тоже не разочаровал, есть все необходимое для полноценной тренировки.
Номер, в котором я жила, был очень комфортным и чистым, со всем необходимым для приятного отдыха.
Персонал отзывчивый, всегда готов помочь. Я впечатлена уровнем обслуживания и вниманием к деталям.
Завтраки в отеле — это отдельная тема! Они поразили меня своим разнообразием и щедростью: по сути, это полноценные ужины. Каждый день было что-то новое и вкусное.
В целом, я осталась очень довольна своим пребыванием и с удовольствием вернусь в этот отель снова. Рекомендую всем, кто ищет комфорт и качество
