値段とサービスは一致しているので満足、立地も良い。
Pros:

最終的に2週間の滞在になったため、空港までの送迎を無料で手配してくれたり、柔軟にサービスしてくれたので良かった。

Cons:

エアコンの室外機が窓のすぐ横で集まっていて、夜は結構響いていた。窓なしの部屋の方が騒音的にはマシだったかもしれない。

Ho prenotato una camera deluxe. All’arrivo ci hanno offerto un “upgrade” che si è rivelato essere una camera situata accanto alla scala di emergenza, angusta e rumorosa. Pulizia dubbia. Colazione risicata.

Pros:

Proximity to everything that Hanoi has to offer. Right bang in the middle of the old quarter, and at a very affordable and decent price.

Absolutely brilliant staff, starting with the management, the lovely folks at the reception, the helpers, the always smiling and cheerful people at the breakfast buffet and the always on time cleaning ladies.

It might be a small boutique property, but it’s worth its weight in gold.

I ended up extending my stay by a week - not only did I receive a room upgrade at a concession price, it was done pretty smoothly even though my request was at the very last minute.

Can’t recommend them more.

Cons:

Should ideally include a proper bar/restaurant as well.

We spent almost a week at Babylon Premium Hotel & Spa, and it truly felt like a home away from home. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the staff were incredibly kind, warm, and helpful. Every day, they greeted us with genuine smiles and went out of their way to make sure our family was comfortable. The room was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed, from coffee and tea facilities to laundry service that make a stay enjoyable. It was the perfect place to relax after exploring Hanoi. A special mention for the breakfast, which was outstanding. There was a great variety of choices every morning, all served with such warmth and friendliness that it was a pleasure to start each day there.

Thank you to the entire team for your wonderful hospitality. We genuinely enjoyed every moment of our stay and will remember your kindness long after leaving Hanoi.
