The Babylon is a nice looking building with an impressive foyer. Good location. Comfortable bed. The thing that impressed me was the friendly staff. Big thank you to Ted, Tommy and Michele.. also Tony who arranged some bus trips to Sapa and Ninh Binh. I have booked to return for extra nights.

Sin duda la buena voluntad y paciencia del personal Michell, Tommy y en general todos los muchachos que trabajan en el hotel, el desayuno bastante completo, las camas comodas , habitaciones limpias y con todas las necesidades de un viajero, la ubicación es buena en pleno OLD QUARTER, instalaciones limpias en general todo muy bien.
No es critica pero se agradecería un poco más presión en el agua caliente.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and spoke English very well, so communication was smooth and easy throughout our stay.
When we checked in, the staff informed us in advance that the air conditioner in our room needed some maintenance. They immediately arranged another room for us to relax in while the repair was being completed. As promised, the room was ready on time with the air conditioner working perfectly. We really appreciated their honesty, efficiency, and excellent customer service.
The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast was also good, with a nice variety of options.
The hotel's location is excellent, with many popular tourist attractions within walking distance. The entire property is clean, tidy, and well organized.
Considering the quality of the service, cleanliness, and location, I believe this hotel offers excellent value for money.

I was especially touched by the surprise birthday cake they prepared for my birthday. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made my day even more special.
The staff also gave us great local recommendations, including where to exchange money at a good rate and where to enjoy delicious authentic Vietnamese food. Their advice made our trip much easier and more enjoyable.
Thank you to everyone at the hotel for your outstanding hospitality. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi!

Værelset var for småt til 2 personer, kunne ik rigtig placere baggage uden at træde over det.
Aircondition virkede ikke første 2 dage men de fik det trods alt fikset. Der er dog fan til gengæld.

Je kan dingen achterlaten als je op uitstap gaat voor meerdere dagen. Zij zorgen ervoor.
