Good location and hotel facilities. The AC needed some improvement.
Pros:

The location was quiet central with all attractions around walking distance. There was also the option of order to make breakfast options.
The staff were very friendly and helpful too.

Cons:

The AC needs some tinkering to actually cool the rooms. The temperatures were crazy high when we visited and it almost always felt like we are walking into an oven.

Breakfast was excellent thanks to (I think her name was Anna) so sorry no disrespect

To have on hand tourist information eg. Tourist hot spots, markets, restaurants....

Pros:

Amazing location, great staff, good value for money. Room had no window (as explained in reservation), but has enough non natural light. Location and breakfast are amazing, a great stay in Hanoi

Incredible staff, great location and lovely rooms.
Pros:

Property was great, beds were comfortable, rooms were clean. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Location was exceptional, walking distance to all attractions (10-15 minutes) the breakfast is great too, a selection of buffet items and a small list of made to order food.

Pros:

Tudo muito organizado, limpo e o café da manhã maravilhoso todos os dias. Localização perfeita e super seguro. A equipe toda maravilhosa. Mas um destaque mais que especial vai para Anna com sua gentileza e um sorriso encantador.

Cons:

Não consegui reservar pelo Booking o mesmo quarto. Desta vez o quarto era nos fundos. Sem a varanda e uma cama menor.
Mas era bom tbm. Pena que paguei o mesmo valor qdo reservei com vcs um quarto inferior. E na primeira de 2 dias fiquei em um top

Da localização, da limpeza, da gentileza de toda a equipe. Um café da manhã super farto e com mta variedade. O quarto excelente.
A localização é maravilhosa e não tem barulho no quarto. Tudo perfeito

Comfort in Hanoi centre.
Pros:

Right in the centre of Hanoi, this is a very clean hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff. We were very happy with the size of our room and bathroom. Despite the lively area, we slept peacefully and well. There are lots of nearby restaurants. I would stay here again, definitely.

Gorgeous hotel in the heart of Hanoi.
Pros:

This hotel was in an excellent location right in the heart of Hanoi. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The room was lovely, very spacious for two, and with a very nice bathroom. Bonus points for how comfortable the bed was!
