Horrible place to stay
Pros:

We were staying in that location for a ball tournament

Cons:

Horrible service and response from staff !! At 1 am our fire alarm battery started a high pitch beep. Wouldn’t stop. No one would answer the phone to help us. It continued all night. We eventually went out to our car to sleep. No one helped us during the night and no one helped us in the morning. We eventually drove off at 7 am. No one ever responded to our calls or emails.

Just ok. Had to check for bed bugs.
Pros:

Property was fine. Room behind the head of the bed was disgusting. Had to check for bed bugs. Power bars all over (fire hazard) poor electical outlets, broken table/desk. Terrible parking lot.

Pros:

The beds were comfortable

The room was cold and the toilet only flushed if I removed the lid and turn water valve inside back of the toilet.

With a few repairs and improvements, would return

Bathroom door warped so badly, it wouldn't close
Almost no heat at all, spent all our time in the room, under covers to try and stay warm

Although it was very outdated and in desperate need of some love, it was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful and w

Location was great and they had a great continental breakfast that we were not expecting when we saw the state of the rooms.

Cons:

Everything is very outdated. The front door had no rubber door guard at the bottom so bugs could get in. And the bathtub needs to be completely removed and updated. It was rusted and falling apart.
