Incredible view of Bled, unique luxurious and vintage hotel.
Pros:

Loved the room, the common areas, the dock for boats and the deck for swimming. Sun beds and towels included while swimming. Beautiful exterior, decoration, vintage but classy, fancy in its own way. Very unique experience. we had one balcony and a massive terrace, it was incredible. the view was stunning.

Cons:

The food was very disappointing, not worth the money. The quality did not match the excellence of the hotel itself. Staff was either extremely rude, or super nice. Most of the ladies were kind and attentive, and the male staff were dismissive and even disrespectful (excluding the front desk people). Waiters, bar tenders, guards, etc need to work on their customer service.

Завтрак потрясающий. Расположение замечательное. Вид нашего номера был на гору. Прекрасный пляж и очень хорошо оборудован.
Особая благодарность Максиму, который работает на ресепшен и принимает гостей. Очень доброжелательный, интеллигентный. Отвечал на все наши вопросы и делал все, чтобы наш отдых в отеле был как можно лучше.

Cons:

Слишком мягкий матрас. Если балкон открыт, то очень шумно, так как номер выходил на проезжую часть.

Único hotel que tiene acceso directo al lago , personal muy amable y además nos hicieron upgrade a una hermosa habitación.

El último día tuvimos un problema con la ducha y tanto el agua caliente como fría salía hirviendo .

受付のスタッフの対応が親切で、とても良かった。
特に日本語で挨拶を試みてくれたアニヤさんは温かな心遣いをしてくださり、バレー係やコンシェルジュの方も笑顔で良かった。

Cons:

レストランのマネージャーが横柄だった。夕食を含んだプランで予約がしてあったにも関わらず、手違いでレストランに繋がっていなかったのは仕方がないが、「予約はないが、お金を払えば食べられる」と言われた時の言い方や、手違いがわかっても謝りもしなかったことが腹立たしかった。さらにオーダーは前菜やメインなどを各コースから一つずつ選ぶのだか、「オーダーの仕方は理解できるのか？」と言われた。……。
レストランは大広間を3つに仕切られ、窓際ではあるが私たちは一番奥の予備の部屋の隅に案内され、なかなか飲み物のオーダーも来なかった。後に来たワインの係の方は親切で、地元のワインについて教えてくれた。
料理は全体的に少し古いタイプのフランス料理で、五つ星ホテルで著名人も多く来ているという評判に期待していたせいもあるが、ややがっかりだった。
80年代のアメリカのポップミュージックがかかっていたのも、不思議だった。帰り際に見たのは、入り口付近の仕切られた部屋の窓際に案内されていた別の東洋人のカップルだった。

Mindezek ellenére pozitív az élmény,tudom ajánlani a szállodát!

A személyzet nagyon udvarias és kedves volt.Az elhelyezkedés szuper!

Cons:

Szerintem már fel kellene néhány dolgot újítani.Nagyon szép a szálloda de látszik hogy régi.Az étel sem volt ötcsillagos,inkább kimentünk étterembe enni.

Gorgeous location with a hotel that has so much potential
Pros:

The proximity to the water and the staff were wonderful

Cons:

The food and the hotel itself is a little run down (the lift buttons didn’t always work for example). I’m aware they’re doing a renovation over low season

Unmissable
Pros:

The staff is the real standout in this already remarkable location. Asil in particular made my stay exceptional. He was warm, incredibly attentive, and seemed to go above and beyond at every opportunity. Felt so sad leaving. I will be rushing back!

Pros:

cannot fault this hotel, breakfast was vast and varied, service was exceptional and the location was superb. 5 mins walk into the heart of things and the lakeside lounging area with access to the lake was great. The hotel was very clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, definitely recommend this hotel for a variety of reasons and a perfect place to enjoy all the pleasures of lake Bled
