Na pewno lokalizacja w samym centrum to najwiekszy atut apartamentu. Sposób zameldowania i wymeldowania bez żadnych problemów. Mieszkanie przestronne czyste. Parking w odległosci 7min spacerem przy Terme Romane dosc drogi.

Cons:

Przez cały nasz pobyt nie działał internet co w pracy zdalnej było ogromnym problemem. Usterka została zgłoszona, pomimo próby naprawy internet nie był dostepny. Pralka nadaje sie na złom, nie pierze, nie wiruje wyciaga się mokre, brudne pranie. Gniazda w sypialni nie działają trzeba szukac sprawnego do naładowania telefonu. Klimatyzaja jest tylko jedna na cały apartament przez noc w blizszej sypialni jest zimno w tej oddalonej ciepło.

Probably fine for young adults but not for families with children
Pros:

- kind staff
- excellent location
- comfortable mattress
- balcony was nice
- window and door shutters can make the space nice and dark for sleeping/naps

Cons:

- floors not so clean, could not let the baby crawl around
- bare basics for kitchen supplies. Did not even have oil or salt
- provided one laundry pod that was actually dishwasher soap even though there is no dishwasher!
- sofa uncomfortable for sitting and sleeping, also quite dirty on armrests
- very scant supplies. Small tube of dish soap, one small hand soap in bathroom, no paper towels, limited toilet paper, no laundry soap even with washing machine, dishwasher soap even with no dishwasher
- extra fee for child high chair
- has functioning air conditioner but it’s located in the kitchen and is as far away from the bedroom as possible

Schöne Stadt und gute Lage, aber die Parkplatzsuche war jeden Tag mit viel Stress verbunden.

In der Beschreibung wird angegeben, dass es öffentliche Parkplätze in der Nähe gibt, die möglicherweise gebührenpflichtig sind. Der Begriff „in der Nähe“ ist jedoch irreführend, da man etwa 7–10 Minuten zu Fuß zur Unterkunft laufen muss.Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es dort praktisch nicht, und die gebührenpflichtigen Parkplätze waren während unseres Aufenthalts oft vollständig belegt. Wir waren mit einer größeren Gruppe und zwei Autos unterwegs. Jeden Abend mussten wir viel Zeit investieren, um überhaupt einen Parkplatz zu finden.

Meiner Meinung nach sollte die Unterkunft nicht damit beworben werden, dass Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden sind, da diese weder direkt an der Unterkunft noch zuverlässig verfügbar sind.

Wer mit dem Auto anreist, sollte sich am besten für eine Unterkunft mit einem privaten Parkplatz entscheiden. Öffentliche Parkplätze in Riva del Garda sind nicht günstig (ca. 2 € pro Stunde).

Für eine Woche schon okey, aber für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich die nicht empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut.

Cons:

Man hat echt Probleme wenn man mit dem Auto anreisen will. Man muss sein Gepäck dorthin tragen und man hat auch keinen eigenen Parkplatz. Alle öffentliche Parkplätze sind kostenpflichtig.

Die Wohnung ist nicht sonderlich gut Ausgestattet mit Küchenutensilien.

Great spot to feel embedded in the old town for an inexpensive price
Pros:

Felt like you were living there. The location was amazing and the old beams in the architecture were beautiful. It’s a simple but sweet spot. The beds were comfy and the climate was comfortable. The kitchen set up was useful. Not luxury but comfortable.

Cons:

It’s a little dark, and the furniture lay out was odd but we moved it around and made it really nice then but it back.

E la certezza di non rimetterci mai più piede!

Cons:

Esperienza decisamente negativa e molto diversa da quanto ci si aspetta guardando le foto dell’annuncio. La struttura dal vivo appare molto più vecchia rispetto a come viene presentata online, con una condizione generale che dà l’impressione di scarsa manutenzione.
Ho riscontrato numerosi problemi: molte prese elettriche non funzionavano, al punto che è stato complicato persino caricare il telefono e utilizzare alcuni elettrodomestici. Il bagno era in condizioni inaccettabili: la doccia aveva il sifone danneggiato e schizzava acqua ovunque, lo scarico non funzionava correttamente e l’acqua ristagnava durante l’utilizzo. Al termine della doccia l’acqua finiva anche sul pavimento del bagno.
La cosa più grave è stata l’assenza totale di assistenza: ho segnalato il problema al numero di riferimento indicato dalla struttura senza ricevere alcuna risposta.
Anche la pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare: polvere sulle testate dei letti e ragnatele visibili sulle travi del sottotetto.
Nel complesso ho trovato una struttura poco curata, con problemi evidenti di manutenzione e un’assistenza inesistente. L’esperienza è stata nettamente al di sotto delle aspettative create dall’annuncio.
