Great hotel, excellent location
Pros:

Location is excellent, close enough to the La Carolina Park and several good restaurants and cafés, but without the crowds and noise. Building is very nice, well-maintained and very clean. Staff couldn’t be friendlier, always willing to help. Breakfast is good, with good food and coffee. Gym is well equipped, above average and with great equipment. If you’re lucky, you might get a spacious room.

Cons:

Got a room without a view. No iron in the room (a problem for me as a business traveller) and not even the option to ask for one so (I was told they had an incident with it and decided to get rid of all the irons…). Restaurant feels understaffed.

Excelente Location and staff
Pros:

The hotel was in an excellent location , really nice decorated. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was very complete. The rooms were very comfortables with all the amenities.

Cons:

I would have preferred a bigger bathroom but it was ok.

Convenient good breakfast excellent staff
Cons:

The music throughout the downstairs was too loud and unnecessary as meeting with others it was hard to conversse. Also the articifial odor was bothersome. Some of us have huge sensitivities and this liomits where to stay

Pros:

La ubicación y el servicio son excelentes. La piscina es una de las mejores que he conocido con excelente vista. La atención del personal es muy amable. Los servicios de bar y restaurante tienen gran variedad y son muy ricos. El desayuno es bueno.

Cons:

Todo muy bien, quizás el televisor de la habitación podría ser mejor y más grande.
