The best stay with the best staff
Pros:

Mr Srouch welcomed us with warmth and professionalism and all the test of the team were amazing too. We loved the tours with our very knowledgeable tuktuk driver Nuk. Rooms, pool, garden, spa, cocktails and everything else was absolutely fantastic. Short and safe walk to central area

Cons:

Nothing but the tours may be better if split on 2 days, the small circuit is not small at all and would deserve more time.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse sur le toit avec la baignoire, un espace très intime et parfait pour se détendre pendant les journées chaudes.

Le lit était extrêmement confortable et la chambre, dans son ensemble, était de grande qualité, à la fois agréable et bien entretenue.

L’accueil a été irréprochable : le personnel est très aimable et toujours disponible. Il est également possible de réserver facilement toutes sortes d’activités directement à la réception, avec des tarifs tout à fait raisonnables. Mention spéciale à notre guide francophone Wong, qui a été exceptionnel lors de la visite des temples, ainsi qu’à son chauffeur de tuk-tuk, d’une grande gentillesse.

Enfin, les petits déjeuners étaient délicieux et variés.

Nous recommandons cet établissement sans hésitation ! ✨

Our rooms once we were upgraded were lovely. Staff were exceptional!!

Cons:

We got a standard room that was very dark and had internal stairs to access the tv, coffee ect. We were upgraded and the rooms were wonderful.

Pros:

Absolutamente todo el hotel precioso y la situación excepcional. Pero lo más importante es el personal, tuve un accidente en una excursión y nos han cuidado como si fuéramos de la familia. Incluso nos cambiaron a una habitación más accesible sin pedirlo nosotros. Esto es algo que no tienen precio, muchísimas gracias a todos!!!! Volveremos seguro!!!!!!!

Was very pretty, pool was fabulous, staff were always helpful.
Water in glass bottles provided as well as a water filter in reception area. Breakfast was lovely.

Cons:

Upstairs room very hot, however we visited during dry season. Stairs to upstairs bedroom and bathroom didn’t feel safe, gradient very steep.
