Sehr gutes Hotel in guter Lage für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Montreux.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt nahe am Bahnhof, daher sehr kurze Wege von und dahin. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber, leise und sehr groß. Wir haben ein Upgrade und zusätzlich einen Balkon bekommen. Vielen Dank dafür.
Vom Hotel aus war man schnell im Ort und an dem wunderschönen See. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich, also für jede Vorliebe von Frühstück etwas dabei. Ein gute Idee; Ich konnte mir selbst mein Frühstücksei im heißen Wasser mit Eieruhr garen. Endlich ein Ei, wie man es mag!

Cons:

Eigentlich gibt es nichts. Die Matratzen waren für unser Empfinden zu weich - aber jeder liegt anders.

Ideal location for those arriving by train. No air conditioning just window that partially opened did make room seem hot

Poor marking of stairs down to reception resulted in a fall. Appears subsequently to be corrected with signing now directing visitors to alternative route to reception.

Pros:

Perfect location. Walk straight until platform 1 D at train station. Friendly reception staff. Madelyn, assistant director was very welcoming. She took us to the 5th floor to show the view of the city and gave suggestions on where to go. Rooms were spacious clean and new. Well recommended.

Belle ville au bord du lac Léman.
Pros:

Très près de la gare via la voie 1. Personnels de l’hôtel très affables. Propreté et bonne ambiance. Très bon petit déjeuner.

Ligging van het hotel is fantastisch...vlakbij spoor 1 van station en ook heel dicht bij het meer en winkelcentrum..ruime nieuwe propere kamers..heel mooi zijn de vele fotos van Freddy die in de ontbijtruimte hangen

Ontbijt was wat karig...alles was er maar soms duurde het lang voor wrd bijgevuld alsook weinig brood keuze gin pistolets ofzo..enkel zacht toastbrood..fletse gebakken eieren en zelfs spruiten??

Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Personal
Pros:

Der Check-In verlief sehr schnell und problemlos. Wir sind mit Motorräder angereist und wollten erste eine Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage mieten. Die nette Dame an der Rezeption hat uns angeboten, kostenfrei, auf den Hotelparkplatz vor dem Haus unserer Motorräder abzustellen.
Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. Man ist schnell am See oder zum Einkaufen in der Stadt.

Betten fand ich persöhnlich super bequem.

Cons:

Wir hatten drei Zimmer gebucht. In einem Zimmer fehlte Kissen, Decke, Handtücher und es hatte keine Glühbirne in der Nachtischlampe. Im zweiten Zimmer keine Gläser, keine Tassen, keinen Kaffe und Tee. Im dritten Zimmer keine Gläser, keinen Kaffe.
Eigentlich schreibe ich dolche "Details" wie keinen Tee/Kaffe normareweise nicht...aber in drei Zimmern einen Mackel, finde, da ist es die Erwähnung eben wert.
