Nothing. They called me to cancel the booking as they told some maintenance work ongoing however they were still showing in app that booking is available for these days but with higher price. Very bad as they jeopardise my Abha visit

Pros:

The staff is cooperative but breakfast is not as per standard thats include in stay. Secondly breakfast is before time finish and all people are seeing each other faces. Thirdly the room card is asking to update after every 24 hrs as concern is when paying the rent for 3 days why update the card on daily basis

They were always ready to help and support.

Almuhaidib hotel has always been an excellent place to stay.
