Schöne Lage, Hotel sehr gepflegt und schönes Design

Cons:

Sehr hellhörig in den Zimmern, Tür schlägt mit lautem Knall zu, Toilette nicht funktional, Personal beim Frühstück kein Highlight, stehen rum und quatschen, daddeln auf ihrem Handy, gut sichtbar für die Gäste, geht gar nicht bei 4*plus

Tutto bello, peccato per la fine!
Pros:

Siamo una coppia di ragazzi arrivati a lago di Garda pedalando sulle nostre bici. La struttura ci ha permesso di usufruire di un garage per le nostre bici. Inoltre l'hotel è situato in una zona centrale a due passi dal lago. La camera era molto confortevole ed il letto matrimoniale era il più grande che abbia visto in un hotel. Il personale molto gentile in particolare la receptionist.

Cons:

Purtroppo, abbiamo avuto un disguido con la cameriera durante la colazione. Il buffet offriva la possibilità di ordinare o di prepararsi in autonomia una centrifuga con la frutta a disposizione. Entusiasta di questa opzione, ho deciso di provarla.
Purtroppo la macchina non funzionava, così abbiamo chiesto aiuto alla cameriera. Quest'ultima, invece di assisterci, ci ha rimproverato insinuando che fossimo stati noi a riempirla troppo, bloccando il sistema. Ho cercato gentilmente di spiegare che eravamo appena arrivati e non avevamo ancora inserito nulla, ma lei, con modi piuttosto maleducati, ha continuato a rimbrottarci dicendo che non poteva sapere chi fosse stato a causare il guasto. Tutto questo ad alta voce davanti a tutti gli altri ospiti dell'hotel, mettendoci in una situazione di disagio. Tutto ciò chiaramente ha rovinato la nostra colazione.
Peccato!
Inoltre la piscina, che era uno dei motivi per cui avevamo scelto questo hotel, era guasta e non siamo stati avvisati di ciò.
