Нормально, если не смущают муравьи
Pros:

Сама комната по интерьеру отличная, расположение тоже хорошее, но променада не так уж далеко

Cons:

Множество муравьев и бесконечный шум улицы

You get what you pay for. Overall it was fine
Pros:

Seems like a family run hotel and they were all really nice and considerate. Location was also pretty close to centrum without being a part of the busy area

Cons:

There were big differences between each room. The room on the ground floor had mold spots and it was not that sound proof so you could hear people in the reception watching tv at night. The room on the first floor had quite a low ceiling but not something that was problematic for us. All of the rooms above the first floor were good.

Брал номер специально для того, чтобы был балкон, а по факту это выходит покурить к бетонной стене.

Cons:

Трудности с входом и выходом ночью, надо просить чтобы включили горячую воду, особенно ночью, это очень неудобно

Pros:

Location and comfortable bed

Cons:

Price in my booking# was 567,000VND but the owner asked to pay 630,000 VND with same room, 1st floor and no city view. Price was higher 11% compared with confirmed price in booking and I asked why. No reason, she said that's the room price so I transferred via bank account since I got 1 night stay only. But this is 1st time in my Booking experience to have such increased rate, no reason, not weekend and not the same as booking price.
