Como eu peguei uma suíte com vista para o lago, a estadia foi muito agradável! Eu penso que se o hotel reformar os banhe

Excelente localização com uma vista de tirar o fôlego! Hotel muito charmoso com café da manhã muito farto e variado! Os funcionários são muito educados, especialmente da recepção! Cama confortável e quartos amplos com enxoval novinho e sempre limpinho! Limpeza impecável! Porém os banheiros são muito antigos e precisam de reforma.

Os banheiros são muito antigos, com uma banheira estreita e uma cortina de plástico, e contém bidê que já é muito arcaico nos dias de hoje!

Bom hotel mas não voltaria para ele.
Pros:

Quarto muito bom, banho idem. Vista bonita. Café da manhã impecável. Restaurante bom. Estacionamento gratuito. Localização normal, longe do centro, mas em Bariloche precisa de carro pra quase tudo. Pessoal da recepção amigável.

Cons:

Em pleno inverno estava desligada a única lareira. Menores de 18 anos não podem ficar na piscina depois das 20h, qual o sentido disso? No geral parece haver um pouco de má-vontade. Mas o hotel é caro.

Limpeza, conforto dos quartos com excelente aquecimento e ótimo café da manhã.

Cons:

Funcionários podem ser mais cordiais, o serviço de alimentação tinha poucas pessoas trabalhando, não vi gerenciamento em nenhum momento. Falta espaço de convivência, na recepção poderia ter um ambiente mais acolhedor, lareira acesa e TV.

Otima estadia, otima estrutura, cafe da manhã legal, otima limpeza, atendimento de garçon ruim.
Pros:

Localização afastada do Centro, necessario carro. Acomodação e limpeza do hotel muito boa. Equipe em geral atenciosa, mas não tem muito simpatia por crianças e são extremamente "secos" e as vezes grosseiros no atendimento. Porem notamos que isso é em geral em Bariloche, ate mesmo em pontos turisticos. No hotel nossa percepção foi junto ao restaurante, em especial o garçom, extremamente antipatico e grosseiro no seu atendimento, reclamando do que precisa fazer ( claramente não estava feliz em seu trabalho, pois a antipatia e grosseria foi por 5 dias que estivemos no hotel)

O hotel em geral é muito bom. Muito bonito. Com uma vista fantástica. O quarto acomodou muito bem minha família de quatro pessoas. É próximo do centro, mas precisa de automóvel para se deslocar.

La estadía no fue lo esperado para las estrellas del hotel, el desayuno no me pareció tan bueno como decían. El personal

La vista. La calefacción.

Cons:

La propiedad no tenía habitaciones conectadas, no me ofrecieron solución. Así que mis hijos pequeños estaban en una habitación separada de la mía. Tampoco tenían opción para 5 personas en una habitación.
