Please note that no drinks are included during dinner. For a more inclusive experience, we recommend the All-Inclusive packages.

Premium All-Inclusive (14 April – 17 October)

Pros:

Комплексът е много красив и подреден.

Много ни впечатли гледката от стаята, както и удобствата, които предлага — всичко беше наистина комфортно и приятно.

Храната също беше превъзходна и допринесе значително за цялостното ни положително преживяване.

Cons:

Понякога паркингът не успява да побере всички гости и се налага част от автомобилите да бъдат паркирани покрай пътя, което допълнително го стеснява.

Политиката all‑inclusive на хотела е необичайна. Например: на плажа може да се консумира неограничено количество алкохол, но кафето е срещу допълнително заплащане. Друг пример: Coca‑Cola Original се заплаща, докато вариантите без кофеин и без захар са включени в пакета.

Наблюдава се и известна липса на координация сред персонала при обслужването на допълнително платените пакети към резервацията.

Плажът на хотела се намира на приблизително 2 км от самия комплекс. Интервалите на буса между хотела и плажа бяха около един час, а превозът често беше претоварен, което ни принуди да използваме личния си автомобил, за да стигнем до плажа.

Mouse in the hotel. I won’t ever recommend this place to anyone

The view is very beautiful

Cons:

A mouse near the elevator. The guy at the reception said he’s sorry and that’s it. Pretty sure that was not the only mouse in the building since everyone working there was so chill about it. We travelled with a 2-months old baby. We were offered a baby cot for her, but the cot was all dirty and instead of a firm mattress for a baby bed, it was a mattress used for the sunbeds outside near the pool. The towels were not even close to white and the bottles of water that were free in our room were already opened and probably refilled.

В душевых вода не сливаться, и расположить при такой площади с/у душ и унитаз в одном корыте это абсурд, светильники на тумбах не работают ввиду того что лампы перегорели, завтраки рассчитаны на отели 2 звезды, не более!

Amazing golf, lovely staff and a great à la carte restaurant, but the bathroom smell let the stay down.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and we really enjoyed the à la carte restaurant. The golf course was absolutely amazing and the highlight of our stay!

Cons:

We had the impression that some rooms might allow smoking, although we’re not sure. There was also a very unpleasant smell in the bathroom in the morning, which affected our comfort and needs attention.

A Truly Exceptional Stay
Pros:

The absolute highlight of our stay was the incredible shisha corner and, above all, Boris — an absolute legend! He is genuinely one of the coolest and most welcoming people you could meet, and he makes the best shishas we have ever tried. The whole corner feels unique, authentic and wonderfully exotic — once you sit there, you completely forget you are in Bulgaria.

The rest of the hotel is equally impressive: a beautiful location, immaculate maintenance and first-class service. The entire team is fantastic, with a special mention to the wonderful Asian staff, who were exceptionally kind, attentive and hardworking. An unforgettable experience that we would happily return to!

Cons:

The only thing we didn’t like was that our stay had to come to an end. We genuinely didn’t want to leave!
