A haven of friendliness and greenery in a wonderful, busy city.
Pros:

Lovely pool and garden in the middle of a busy, central Phnom Penh neighborhood. The staff was excellent. Cambodians are among the most friendly people in the world but the staff at Iroha is exceptional. From Kuroda-san to the desk and restaurant staff, everyone was helpful, friendly and charming. We were there during the rainy season so Iroha kindly upgraded our rooms (we stayed three times during our 15 day visit to Cambodia) and let us check out very late on the last day.
The breakfast is delicious and served either inside or beside the pool. The shakes and juices are fresh and tasty. The dishes are attractive and varied (Japanese, Western, Cambodian on offer).
The gym is small and simple but also clean and light (and air-conditioned).

Tu oasis de relajación en Phnom Penh
Pros:

Iroha Garden es un sueño hecho realidad. La entrada es una pequeña puerta que da directamente acceso a un frondoso jardín que inmediatamente te traslada a un oasis. La piscina es enorme. La habitación es muy grande con camas enormes y aire acondicionado que funciona bastante bien. El desayuno es muy abundante y tiene un restaurante que ofrece un menú variado por si quieres probar platos típicos o comida fusión. Pero quizás lo más relevante es el cuidado y mimo con el que el personal te trata desde que llegas hasta que te vas. Siempre pendiente de tí por si necesitas algo. Para mí este hotel ha sido un grato descubrimiento al que sin duda volveré

Exceptional service in a place of peace and tranquility in the bustling city.
Pros:

An absolute gem of a property in the center of Phnom Penh. Exceptional service all round, the staff were incredible and could not do enough for us. The owner would greet us every morning and have a chat with us to ensure we had everything we needed. The hotel was so peaceful and relaxing. I cannot rate this place highly enough.

Es war eine wunderbare Zeit, Oase mitten in der Stadt.
Pros:

Sehr zuvorkommendes und hilfsbereites Personal, der Besitzer suchte den persönlichen Kontakt zu den Gästen, ruhige Oase mitten in Phnom Penh, der Swimming Pool und Garten waren fantastisch.

Cons:

Die Auswahl beim Frühstück hätte etwas grösser sein dürfen, z.B. mehr Optionen für Kinder, wie z.B. Pancakes.

Pros:

The hotel was quiet and secluded, once on the grounds you had know idea you were in the city. The gardens were tranquil and there was so much to see, beautiful plants,trees and red and grey squirrels and an abundant amount of birds and a resident cat who strolled around minding his own business. The pool was refreshing but not cold so it didn’t take your breath away.
It had a very relaxing feel.
The food and drinks were reasonably priced and tasty.
The building in places looked tired however this definitely didn’t cause any concern and really is just a small observation.
The one thing you do notice and what stands out to be the highlight of your stay is the staff. The manager greets you on arrival and checks in with you everyday at breakfast to make sure all is well and for a general chat. This continues through out every single person we met. So friendly and welcoming, happy to answer any questions you have, they help plan adventures out, call you a Tuk Tuk and even when you are ready to return they will arrange for your collection and check you have got into the vehicle safely. Nothing was a problem.
Once you arrive back from your time out of the hotel you are greeted with
Welcome home
It really felt like a second home.
Just the most amazing experience to be surrounded by such beautiful, happy,friendly, caring people.
