A lovely cosy comfortable haven
Pros:

So clean, comfortable and cosy, I loved my well-designed room. Really calm and quiet. Plenty of wall hooks and hangers to hang up damp clothing at the end of a rainy day. I loved the wool slippers provided in my room to change into from wet boots. Great en suite with powerful shower. Breakfast was tasty. Staff were friendly and professional.

Pros:

Location is fantastic. The city center (aka supermarket) is just across the street. Staff is very nice.... Shout out to Nick, Anna and Kai. Nick helped us to book our cruise and taxi back to the airport. They are super nice. Breakfast spread was pretty good too. Facilities at the hotel is also pretty good. It is also not facing the main road so it was pretry quiet.

Cons:

The drop off for the airport bus required carrying your luggage across a bridge (with some steps). So if you have big luggage, might be difficult. That is no fault of the hotel.

One of the coolest hotels I've ever been to
Pros:

What an incredible hotel, centrally located near the main town centre. The location couldn't have been better. The view and design of the windows are incredible, and the private bathroom was clean and modern. The staff are friendly and will fill up your water bottle for free, as it's not recommended to drink the tap water.

Cons:

Obviously, it's expensive for a 3-star hotel, but it seems to be the going rate for a hotel on Svalbard. At check-in, I was told there would be slippers in my room (since you need to take your shoes off at the front door), but I was met with a sign saying that they no longer provide slippers in the room. However, this is a minor problem which didn't affect my stay.

Pros:

In centro, facile da raggiungere, vicino a tutto, tutti i servizi essenziali, camere un po' piccole ma molto pulite. Colazione ottima.

Cons:

camera matrimoniale piccola, quasi una singola. Letti singoli, anche nella matrimoniale.
