Alt i alt et greit opphold, og vi var heldige med været alle dagene.
Pros:

Beliggenheten, hjørnerom i 3. et., bra utsikt fra rommet.

Cons:

Ingen roomservice på 3 døgn med vasking, bytte av håndklær m. m . For dårlig for et hotell med DEN døgnprisen. Svalbards dyreste bar, 0,33 boks fra Svalbard bryggeri til 105,- kr.

Great location, very comfortable and fabulous staff, particularly Yanina who went out of her way to assist with my numerous questions and needs. She was so very helpful, I can’t thank her enough.

Location and staff were good.

Cons:

Room was small and had no storage facilities apart from two clothes hangers and a number of hooks. No wardrobe/shelf space.Blackout blinds were not efficient.

Tolles Haus und ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder!
Pros:

Ein sehr schön eingerichtetes Hotel, sauber und gut! Die Lage gefällt. Das Personal ist super freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Sie haben alles gerne für mich organisiert. Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut.

Cons:

Leider ist das Wasser nicht trinkbar. Aber auch hierfür hat das Personal eine Lösung schon bei Anreise angeboten. Toll!

Nice room. GREAT breakfast 😋

Cons:

Standard custom is remove shoes at entry lobby. Wool slippers are provided. But guard your shoes - some S.o.B. stole my hiking boots!! Luckily the manager & hotel paid for the replacement - only because the sign was missing that stated hotel not responsible for missing footwear. SO BEWARE. take your shoes to your room.

Elegancki hotel, bardzo dobre śniadania, nie dla osób które chcą przygotowywać własne jedzenie.
Pros:

Lokalizacja idealna w centrum miasta, bardzo dobre śniadanie, nowoczesne i ładne pokoje, bardzo czysto i elegancko. Wszystko na wysokim poziomie, sympatyczna obsługa.

Cons:

Pokoje bardzo małe, nie ma gdzie nawet rozłożyć walizek, brak jakiejkolwiek szafy na ubrania i rzeczy oraz szafeczek przy łożkach, brak półek w łazience i pod prysznicem, nie ma gdzie przygotować własnego posiłku (miejsce gdzie są podawane śniadania zamienia po południu w elegancką restaurację), brak jakiejkolwiek lodówki gdzie można przechować jedzenie.
