One of the coolest hotels I've ever been to
Pros:

What an incredible hotel, centrally located near the main town centre. The location couldn't have been better. The view and design of the windows are incredible, and the private bathroom was clean and modern. The staff are friendly and will fill up your water bottle for free, as it's not recommended to drink the tap water.

Cons:

Obviously, it's expensive for a 3-star hotel, but it seems to be the going rate for a hotel on Svalbard. At check-in, I was told there would be slippers in my room (since you need to take your shoes off at the front door), but I was met with a sign saying that they no longer provide slippers in the room. However, this is a minor problem which didn't affect my stay.

Hotel was fine; Booking.com let us down.
Pros:

Breakfast was great and location adequate. One has to take one's shoes off on entering the hotel. Staff reasonable friendly.

Cons:

Many weeks before we arrived we had to move the reservation up by one day. We were assured by both Booking.com and the hotel itself that the change had been made. But when we arrived they could not, at first, find our reservation and finally found it for the next day....the original reservation had not been updated. Fortunately, they had room for us. We will not be using Booking.con again because of this.

Pros:

In centro, facile da raggiungere, vicino a tutto, tutti i servizi essenziali, camere un po' piccole ma molto pulite. Colazione ottima.

Cons:

camera matrimoniale piccola, quasi una singola. Letti singoli, anche nella matrimoniale.

Great location, comfortable hotel, good breakfast and helpful hosts
Pros:

Great location, comfortable, helpful staff. It’s opposite the supermarket. Most convenient.

Cons:

Since the water in Svalbard is not safe to drink from the tap, they should provide water in the room which they don’t.

Lovely place to stay in the centre of town but a little expensive compared to other places for what it is.
Pros:

- Lovely and clean, all areas well maintained
- Great blackout blinds for the summer
- Great shower and bathroom facilities
- Good breakfast options and nice on-site restaurant
- Slippers provided

Cons:

- One of the receptionists was quite abrupt at times, made us feel a little unwelcome
- Compared to other accommodations in the town, it is not worth the very high price point
