Good stay only complain is the restaurant staff behaviour

Rooms were clean comfortable food was good mizanoor was very hospitable i wanted higher floor room he provided the exact

Cons:

Staff behaviour in restaurants they were not attentive almost everyday during my stay went to have breakfast and dinner always had to sit to the unorganised tables no spoon no tissues no water bottle were kept or not offered after been seated everytime we had to ask restaurant was not that busy most of the times still staff were not attentive towards what guest requires makes bad impression

Pricing, proximity to the airport, cleanliness, comfortable room

Cons:

Service is very poor. They don't reply to the emails. Very difficult to call the hotel reception from outside. Once inside the room, they say that there is room service 24 hours - but then reaching room service by room internal phone is almost impossible. Availability of food variety is very limited when the restaurant is not open. Simply unreliable.
