Breakfast and evening menus had plenty to offer.
Service and atmosphere good.
Staff pleasant and effficient.
Court yard/beer garden and room paving areas could have been swept and tables allocated to rooms should be wiped down regularly.
A brilliant young man who checked us in and gave all the information we needed.Dining booked in the bar area was good and staff excellent. The main meals were a tad pricey but the quality was better than expected for pub grub.

The location was excellent in the courtyard behind the pub. Our room was a good size with a bed upstairs and a bed downstairs. The food was excellent both in the evening and at breakfast.
Large comfortable room, great location, food served in the bar and the restaurant, plenty of parking in the square in front of the hotel
Some of the dishes on the menu were not available, including one of the vegetarian options, leaving only a limited choice for vegetarians

The Bed was the hardest we've ever slept in
It was a good price and in a good location and they were able to provide a secure place to store our bikes overnight.
