Laid back, chilled, great view, luxury rooms and fab food! Easy taxi into Zakynthos Town as well.
This is definitely a 5 start hotel for adults and only about 2 years established - a minor point but some work around around customer service would be good, not disappointing but could do with going from 7/10 to a 9 or 10

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt auf Zakynthos ❤️
Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit und haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Hotel ist sehr schön, gepflegt und ein wunderbarer Ort, um die Ferien zu geniessen und zur Ruhe zu kommen.
Besonders in Erinnerung bleiben wird uns jedoch George. Seine herzliche, aufmerksame und persönliche Art hat unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Man merkt sofort, dass ihm das Wohl seiner Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Solche Begegnungen sind es, die Ferien unvergesslich machen.
Wir haben unsere Zeit auf Zakynthos sehr genossen und nehmen viele schöne Erinnerungen mit nach Hause.

Nous avons absolument tout aimé de ce séjour. Un accueil comme on en reçoit rarement, un surclassement à l’arrivée, des buffets variés et qualitatifs, un personnel au petit soin…

Me and my best friend booked King Jason Zante for our summer holiday. We expected luxury, but got even more than we could ever have imagined.
This is absolutely the best hotel we have ever stayed at. Everything was top notch: the food, the staff, the service, the cleanliness and the pools. We have never been so well taken care of in our lives. We genuinely felt like royalty there.
The facilities were also lovely. The gym had an outstanding view and really good equipment. We booked a double massage which was lovely and very relaxing. The spa was so well done, with a jacuzzi, steam room and sauna overlooking the beautiful pools and sea.
The breakfast was absolutely outstanding. George is a staff member there who always greets you in the morning with such good energy, and he will cook you an omelette if you’d like. The breakfast choices were really good and they even had a separate cold room just for the cheeses and salads.
The restaurants were great and the food was so delicious. We had the best pizza we have ever had there. They have a pizza oven, and in one of the restaurants you can see into the kitchen while they’re cooking. It’s almost like a little show with the fire and everything, which was really fun to watch.
The room was gorgeous and super clean. The shower pressure was strong and the water was really nice, leaving my hair feeling smooth, which is unusual for Greece in my opinion. The bed was super comfortable and they even had a pillow menu so you could choose which type of pillow you wanted. Sometimes the staff would come by and ask if you’d like a sweet snack, fresh towels or some water, which was really nice. Water was also refilled every day for free, and the water is alkaline which was lovely.
The pool areas were really nice. You could order delicious drinks straight to your sunbed if you’d like. The pool was refreshing but not cold at all, which was perfect. There are different pool areas you can choose from and one of them has a pool bar.
The staff were all so friendly and always went above and beyond. The food was exceptional and the location very relaxing
Usually prefer closer to the sea/beach and whilst the public beach is a 10 minute walk, it’s very crowded so we did not use it.
The all inclusiveness of the hotel was great!
Some staff were not the most pleasant when it comes to manners.
Staff, food, facilities were all perfect with no complaints. High standards set which were maintained throughout our visit.
Staff at all levels were always, polite, helpful and courteous.

The hotel is an oasis amidst a fairly rundown area. Whilst it does not detract from the quality of the hotel which, I believe, encourages you to stay within the complex. There are a limit to things when it comes to entertainment but as it is an adults exclusive venue then I suppose the clientele will dictate what entertainment is provided.
Final minor point, for me anyway, was the very limited choice of scotch whisky. Not a malt in site.
It was so luxurious, the staff were very welcoming and knew who everyone was and where they were staying. The food was fantastic and nothing was a problem for anyone.
It was quiet and nothing much was happening in the evening
