El desayuno sumamente básico, y el personal de ingreso al mismo, ordinario y mal educado. Algunos guardias te tratan como si te estuvieran regalando algo, y no brindando un servicio por el que tú pagaste.

Quarto sem isolamento acustico, esteja preparado.

A localização do hotel é realmente muito boa. proximo ao metro e a muitos restaurantes, lojas, farmacias e etc.
Valorizo muito banheiros com chuveiro com boa vazão e agua quente abundante, oque foi satisfatório

Cons:

Fomos colocados no quarto de frente para a rua, oque de cara achei que seria um problema pois é uma rua movimentada, pra minha surpresa esse não é o maior problema. Ficamos no quarto logo acima do restaurante, virados para a entrada do hotel (são vários quartos nessa posição), e o barulho é realmente muito incomodo. Tanto a noite quando os funcionarios fecham o restaurante, como logo pela manhã na arrumação do mesmo, cadeiras e mesas arrastando , barulhos de pratos e talheres e tudo mais. Supreendentemente a acústica da janela é boa, pois a rua não nos incomodou mas a interna, é horrivel! Pedi para fazerem a troca e me informaram que só seria possivel no dia seguinte pela manhã mas como só ficaria mais uma noite desisti por causa do trabalho que daria devido às malas. Sugiro já observar logo na entrada a posição do quarto e ja solicitar a troca se for possivel por um quarto mais ao fundo, que com certeza será mais silencioso.
claramente é um hotel antigo que foi reformado e está ok, só precisa realizar a troca dos colchoes pois são muito moles e já deformados com o uso continuo.
