Convenient hotel, friendly staff . Very good transport links.
Pros:

Metro line 3 just outside, shops and bars and restaurants close. its a city so there is traffic and noise. I was at the back of the hotel so it wasnt too noisy, it was 14th July and World cup and still wasn't too bad. I live in London so I am used to it. Staff are friendly and helpful. I left my luggage there on the day I left as I had a late train. Room was fine , it was hot but with the window open and the fan on it was bearable. I would come back as I travel a lot to Paris. As a single person it was big enough . the bed was comfortable.

Pros:

l'emplacement proche d'une sortie de métro et proche du lieu de vie de nos enfants. Propreté même si aspect un peu vieillot. Bon accueil au niveau du personnel.

Cons:

- Manque de climatisation, nous avons bcp souffert de la chaleur malgré 2 ventilateurs et rideaux occultants, de mauvaise qualité (à revoir...). Difficile de dormir la fenêtre ouverte en raison du bruit de la circulation.
- Petit-déjeuner un peu léger (peu de choix en salé et pain blanc pas très digeste...).

Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé et facile à trouver. La chambre est suffisamment grande pour une personne. Très bien pour un séjour de courte durée. Pour ce qui est du petit déjeuner, il y a beaucoup de choix pour satisfaire les goûts de chacun.

Cons:

Je n'ai pas aimé les portes meuble sous l'évier qui dont les charnières étaient rouillées et rendait les portes difficiles à ouvrir.

ça aurait sans doute été mieux dans une autre chambre
Pros:

Le personnel est très gentil et j'ai un bon souvenir du petit déjeuner. L'hôtel est juste à côté du métro et est donc facile d'accès. C'est propre.

Cons:

La chambre juste à côté de la réception, j'entendais tout donc supposais qu'on pouvait tout entendre de ce qu'il se passait dans ma chambre + le bruit du métro et de la rue. Peut être que dans une autre chambre à l'étage, ça ne m'aurait pas donné cette impression mais moi qui avais besoin de repos...

Friendly staff, great location right next to metro station, restaurants and grocery stores.

Cons:

The room was very small and got really hot. We were not informed the hotel was under construction so we were woken up every morning to the sounds of hammering and drilling. Definitely something that should have been told to us when booking!!

Pros:

Il y a du gel douche, du café en stick et du thé. Un ventilateur, qui dépanne bien pendant les fortes chaleurs.

Cons:

Pas de clim. La chambre sentait mauvais, ainsi que les taies d'oreiller. Ce n'était pas très propre, en particulier le sol de la salle de bain qui était très sale. La chambre est vétuste. Lorsqu'on ouvre les fenêtres, c’est très bruyant. Des travaux ont commencé des 8h. Je ne m'attendais pas à une chambre aussi médiocre au vu du prix.

ロケーションは抜群です。目の前のメトロ駅まで数秒で行けます。すぐ近くにスーパーマーケット、ベーカリー、バーやカフェなど揃っています。スタッフは気さくで優しい。

Cons:

パリが40度になった時期に滞在したので、エアコンがないのは少し不便でした。窓の外の声や音が階上の部屋まで聞こえてきます。
