Bon rapport qualité prix pour Paris.
Pros:

Chambre correcte. Literie plutôt confortable. Littéralement au pieds du métro.

Cons:

Mauvaise insonorisation entre les chambres, mais peu de chambres par étage. Beaucoup de lumière de l'extérieur. Rafraîchissement des parties communes nécessaire.

В принципе в номере условия достаточные, хотя ванная совсем малюсенькая. Номер каждый день убирался, полотенца меняли. Завтрак в стоимость не входил. Рядом два сетевых продуктовых супермаркета. Станция метро в пяти метрах, третья линия, до центра ехать 10 минут.

Cons:

Плохая звукоизоляция. Шум с улицы. Очень неспокойно ночью - до 3-4 часов, невозможно было уснуть. Криминальный грязный район где преобладают цветные. Лучше было взять отель немного подальше, за кольцевой

Très bien, en cour de réfection, bon rapport qualité prix
Pros:

Mieux que les autres fois, avec des chambres aux étages plus vétuste. La salle de bain et le lit très bien. L’hygiène très bien.

Cons:

Un peu bruyant avec les travaux, le tarif aurait du en tenir compte. Au rez de chaussé, moyen comme situation, léger de la réception.
