Blife RYA private rooms - Airport stay

Le reste est absolument nul et sale. Le drap dans le lit avait déjà servi à quelqu'un d'autre donc on a dormi par dessus la couette avec nos serviettes de toilette. La crasse sur les murs, le miroir, le sol les lustres de la salle de bain montre bien que le ménage doit être expéditif. La télé ne fonctionne pas, les prises électriques sont arrachées du mur et il y a un risque d'électrocution. La climatisation toujours présente sur le balcon ne dessert aucune pièce...
Bref à éviter absolument

La propreté dans la salle de bain

Bien qu'à notre arrivée un panier nous attendait avec nos serviettes propres et un rouleau de papier toilette personnel, le savon n'était pas inclus ce qui n'est pas dérangeant en soit car nous en avions.
Lorsqu'il y a d'autres voyageurs dans le logement et en plus des avions, un léger bruit de fond peut-être dérangeant pour ceux qui ont le sommeil léger. Ceci étant, nous n'avons personnellement pas rencontré de difficulté à ce sujet, car nous avions prévu des bouchons d'oreilles.

Everything. I recommend that you do not book with this company. This property has four layers of security. We got through the first two layers easily but could not get into the property. The electronic door knob had a code to put in. We did this and it said out loud that the door was unlocked. It wasn't. We tried every way of turning the knob, turning the other knob, pushing and pulling to no avail. We tried for over an hour and we put the code in over and over again and got the recorded instruction about thirty times. It was very stressful. We were in a narrow corridor with no windows and nowhere to sit. We are both in our seventies. I called the property using the numbers they provided multiple times and also sent them messages at the time on the Booking.com app. They did not respond to any of these. There was no human available at all. Eventually I had to book another place as we had nowhere to stay the evening before our flight home at 6.20am the next day. Blife didn't respond to my messages on Booking.com until after 11pm on the Friday night, when we were home. Up to then their automatic messages assumed that we had stayed there. I asked Booking.com for a free cancellation, then spent four weeks writing emails, providing evidence and waiting for a refund from the property, which never happened. They basically argued that it was not their fault and implied that we did not follow the instructions. This is simply not true, We followed the instructions to the letter. I sent Blife screenshots of my phone calls and messages but they were in denial. They made false allegations. I called Booking.com four times and spoke to four different workers. They were very apologetic but all they did each time was try to contact the property on the phone. These came to nothing. The last worker contacted a superior and Booking.com have "rewarded" me with £12 travel credit. I paid £69.

Dommage que les portes soient vitrées et non pleines, du coup dérangé par les va-et-vients décalés des autres occupants qui allument la lumière.

The apartment is not as close to the airport as it states. There was mold in the bathroom and the shower head was broken. Broken toilet seat cover
