Ottimo appoggio, in posizione strategica
Pros:

Ottima posizione a 5 min a piedi dalla spiaggia e da Kalakaua Avenue, la via delle griffe a Waikiki. Ancora più vicina a negozi e ristoranti di ogni genere. Pulizia, la cucinetta in camera è molto comoda. Doppio letto queen. Rapporto qualità/ prezzo eccellente.

Cons:

Particolare la gestione dell'ospite, con orari e regole non comuni, comunque nessun problema. Il livello della camera è proporzionato al prezzo. Zona rumorosa, isolamento basso, ma è molto comune a Waikiki.

Really good hotel!

Comfortable "vintage" rooms with accommodating staff
Pros:

Staff was very accommodating. Changed towels when requested and other times as well. Got our group a new room right away when the air conditioning didn't work in one room and couldn't be repaired. Loaned out items for us to use at the beach. Appreciated having a kitchen and a laundry on site. Although we did a lot of driving to other locations on the island, if you want places to eat, shop, and go to the beach within walking distance, it's great.

Cons:

We paid an additional fee for parking for two cars, but spots are not assigned, so sometimes a small car would park in a big space and we had to try to squeeze our van into a very narrow spot. Fortunately, we had enough people to help us guide our vehicles into the tight spaces, but it took lots of maneuvering. However, there was rarely ever one street spot open, so we were glad to have a space.

The property has lots going for it they just need to supply the rooms with more basic items for self sufficient families
Pros:

Proximity to beach. It was very well maintained and clean. Staff were very helpful.

Cons:

The road noise and lack of basic kitchen items such as a kettle, dish washing detergent and spare pillows and towels in the room. The air conditioner was very noisy.

Perfect place to stay in central Waikiki
Pros:

It was close to everything, and the parking location under the building was so convenient. They provided amenities, even umbrellas. Great and very nice restaurants are nearby, so basically in the center of Waikiki. We had a few questions and were able to quickly reach the owner. If we come back to Honolulu, I’m sure we will stay here again - best value for your money.

Pros:

Good overall, I liked everything — solid and understated. Convenient location. If you came just to relax on the beach, sunbathe, and walk around the main streets, it’s ideal in terms of price, quality, comfort, and location balance.

Parking, like everywhere, is expensive but still manageable, though it’s tight. I had a great view from the window.

Perfect localization
Pros:

The localization is perfect close of everything. And the price and the mini appt is cool. You have everything just ask (beach towel, umbrella..)

Pros:

it has a good location, and convinience to access to beach and shopping center.

Cons:

the noise during the night really disturb our sleeping time. and the non fresh smell inside the room is another issue bother us. if add one more uncomfortable issue is the out dated and noisy air conditioner.

This hotel was awesome because I felt welcomed and at home.

If you want to save money with hotel and still be in a good location, this is a good option
Pros:

Nice and helpful staff! Rooms were clean, ac worked well, shower and all the basic stuff

Cons:

I don’t think they have ac in the building because outside of the room is so hot; didnt clean our room in one of the days we were there so no clean towels for a day and a half; some of the towels had some yellow stain; a little outdated
