Wunderschönes Hotel in zentraler Lage mit traumhafter Poolanlage
Pros:

Fantastische Aussicht, sehr gute, zentrale Lage. Man erreicht den Fährhafen und das Zentrum in 10-15 min.. Der Kieselstrand ist herausfordernd, aber das glasklare Meer entschädigt. Wirklich traumhaft ist die Poolanlage auf zwei Ebenen.
Das Frühstück ist gut, der Kaffee sehr gut, das Restaurant sehr gemütlich und einladend. Auch das Personal ist freundlich, die Mädchen an der Rezeption sind besonders hervorzuheben.

Cons:

Das versprochene Satelliten-TV war nicht vorhanden, nur Internet-TV.

אין גגון מעל המרפסות אז ביום שהיה גשם הכל היה רטוב במרפסת וכששמש חם ואין צל
בסיס המיטה מגבס והוא עבה מדי כך שלא נוח לרדת ולעלות למיטה ולא משאיר הרבה מקום בצד המיטה
ביקשתי מראש חדר בקומה נמוכה כי אני לא עולה במעליות ורק כשהגעתי הודיעו לי שהחדר שהזמנתי בקומה ארבע וזה היה לי מאוד קשה. לא היה ניתן להחליף לי חדר כי הייתה תפוסה מלאה.
בגלל זה וויתרנו על לילה וארוחת בוקר שכבר שילמנו עליהם ועזבנו את המלון לפני הזמן.
אם מראש היו כותבים לי הייתי מבטלת ולא מפסידה כסף חבל.....

צוות עובדים נחמד ואדיב, גם בלובי וגם בארוחת הבוקר. ארוחת בוקר טובה, נוף מדהים לים. לא היינו בעונה החמה : שטח הבריכה והחוף מהמם.

איתור מאתגר של שביל הכניסה למלון גם בשימוש בווייז, שהינו בסוויטה משודרגת שהייתה מוזרה ולא נוחה, מבינים את העיצוב התאילנדי ועדיין - מקלחון שקוף בחלל הכניסה לחדר, החדר לא מתוחזק, צבע מתקלף, עובש במקלחון, נציין שהתלוננו על נמלים ושלחו מיד עובדת ניקיון.

We highly recommend and thought our stay was brilliant value for money - the staff and customer experience are exceptional here, really friendly and knowledgable - thank you for a great stay 😁 rooms are clean with a high standard of amenities, the pool and beach are particularly standout.

We also thought breakfast had a strong choice and we were very happy every day, despite other reviews saying otherwise.

While it isn’t a typical 5* hotel standard, that’s definitely reflected in the price tag, which makes it great value. It’s a really lovely hotel which will suit you for exploring Serande and surrounding areas

Nagyon szép helyen, nagyon jó létesítmény több apró hibával

Gyönyörű helyen van, csodaszép kilátással. Szép az épület és nagyon kedves a személyzet. Bőséges, változatos a reggeli és nagyon jól főznek, többször ettünk a hotelben. Bár a városközpont nagyon közel van, meg is csendes, nyugodt.

Cons:

Egyáltalán nincs szekrény a szobában! Van egy kis nyitott, akasztós tároló, összesen 4 db fogassal, de semmi más. Sem fiók, sem éjjeli szekrény, semmi. Amikor megkérdeztem, h pl. a fehérnemű hova tegyem, az volt a válasz, hogy ez egy görög stílusú hotel és tegyem az asztalra. Összesen 1 db szék volt egy suiteben. A minibar fel volt töltve, de pohár nem volt a szobában egyáltalán. 4 nap alatt egyszer takarítottak és a szemetet is csak egyszer vittek ki. Sajnálatos, hogy egy 5 csillagos *luxus* szállodában ilyen apróságokon múlik, hogy az ember teljesen elégedett legyen.
