The best hotel with the best staff—an unforgettable stay!
Pros:

Everything was absolutely perfect! This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff were amazing—friendly, professional, caring, and always ready to help. They made us feel welcome from the first minute. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Comfortable, Clean and relaxing
Pros:

Staff were so friendly, rooms were really clean and comfortable. Located on a beachfront with different options to sit throughout the day meaning you do not have to leave the hotel. Very relaxing

Cons:

Currently undergoing renovations since the tornado this week. Staff were really helpful when Wifi was down and already mending the damage.

Beautiful stay in a great location.
Pros:

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The location was great, we could walk to many restaurants and other areas. The room was small but had a fantastic view.

Cons:

The parking situation was a bit tricky. The parkade has a steep ramp and parking is limited. However, we always managed to find it. The glass in the shower isn’t large enough and the water got absolutely everywhere, all over the floor each time we used it. We had to get extra towels to leave on the floor.

הבריכה מפנקת הסוויטה וואו,השירות והחדר הרגיל פחות .
Pros:

הבריכה וואו מרשימה מאוד ,יש חוף פרטי,מסעדה טעימה(בתשלום במלון)!!!
סוויטה מרווחת וגדולה לעומת חדר רגיל שלא היה מקום לפתוח את המזוודה,לא הכי נקי.ממליצה לקחת את הסוויטה.
יש ג׳קוזי וסאונה לשימוש פרטי עם מקלחות בקומת המרתף שנהנו מאוד מהם.

Cons:

הצוות לא שירותי במיוחד ,אין קפה קר וסירבו להכין גם בתשלום בארוחת בוקר ,ארוחת בוקר לא מרשימה וקצת דלה ביחס למלון ולמחיר ששולם.

Excellent service and staff let down with the very very poor standard of breakfast

Tanya and Andre were amazing and super friendly

Cons:

The breakfast is not to standard of the rest of the hotel
Meats cheese and yoghurt are not refrigerated which is concerning
The choice is very very limited
