Good location, next to big shopping mall & less than 10 minutes walk to good restaurants. To view the night lightings near the seafront it’s only a straightforward 12 minutes walk. 👍👍

I was extremely impressed by the service of frontdesk, Mr Kenta Goto. At first, I was disappointed when he informed that we won't be able to access the Lounge. However, he immediately upgraded us to a suite and offered buffet dinner for two as apology for the inconvenience. He even took the trouble to visit us at the cafe during dinner to ensure we are happy with the food and drinks. He is indeed very kind and responsible to ensure guests satisfaction. Many thanks to him!
Their airport pickup was very on time and vehicle was extremely clean.
The location of the hotel is very good and within walking distance to many places of interest.
The furniture in the room is a bit outdated.

Building was quite old. Sometimes there will be bad smell from the shower drain.
I ordered 4 food deliveries while staying at the hotel and 2 of them were lost. Not sure what happened but they need a better food delivery sorting system. Or maybe invest in those robot that can help with sending deliveries to doorstep.
