Had a wonderful stay and the beds were comfortable but the air conditioning would have made the stay much better!
Pros:

Great location, wonderful coffee machine and a few snacks, nice front desk staff and check in and out was easy. Beds were comfy!

Cons:

The air conditioning wasn’t working great in our room even with contacting the front desk. Room was very hot for both nights.

Small window overlooking other windows, not much natural light. Loud sounds of the elevator machinery going up and down. One sheet on the bed, no blankets.

Ich war enttäuscht über das Zimmer. In Anbetracht des Preises habe ich viel mehr Erwartet.

Der Preis ist unverhältnismässig hoch für ein so kleines, dunkles Zimmer mit Aussicht auf die gegenüberliegende, hässliche Hausmauer im Innenhof.

Sono stata molto contenta di essere stata a Madrid e del mio soggiorno nella vostra struttura.
Pros:

La localizzazione perfetta per muoversi in centro città e vicinissimo alla fermata della metro e treni molto comodo. Letto comodo , stanza spaziosa , la struttura è silenziosa.
Hanno una stanza dove puoi servirti di caffè , acqua filtrata , biscotti e perfino la frutta tutto offerto dalla struttura .

Cons:

Avendo la camera verso la strada sentivamo tutti i rumori fuori. È una strada centrale perciò c’è la movida spagnola.
