Great experience and lovely staff
Pros:

Great location, wonderful views, great pool and spa set up. The staff, Paulo, Daniella, Elizabetta and Mino were just great, would definitely recommend a stay here.

Schöne Lage inmitten von Olivenbäumen, Blick aufs Meer, sensationell gutes Restaurant, Frühstücksbuffet vielfältig, Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden

Cons:

Jedes Zimmer ist ein Mini-Bungalow, leider sehr dunkel, da die einzigen Fenster in der Zimmertüre sind. Spartanisch eingerichtet, etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ein Mini-Schrank für 3 Personen für eine Woche… wir lebten aus dem Koffer.
Was auch schade war: Die Atmosphäre ist klösterlich! Von italienischer Lebendigkeit und Herzlichkeit war wenig zu spüren.

Juste la vue est sympa.

Cons:

Hôtel qui n’est pas digne à quatre étoiles, personnel désagréable. Chambre vétuste et mal entretenue sans protection contre le soleil. Petit déjeuner minable. Le personnel se cache dans les cuisines pour pas venir se servir. Impossibilité de prendre un café à la piscine qui coûte d’ailleurs quatre euros. La bouteille d’eau de 500 ml dans la chambre coûte deux euros, si vous voulez changer la serviette de plage, c’est deux euros, si vous voulez rester après le check out et profiter de la Piscine, c’est 20 €.
Le restaurant panoramique est très cher pour une cuisine, très médiocre.

La suite dans une maisonnette, la piscine et le restaurant de bonne qualité

Cons:

Le nettoyage de la chambre se faisait trop tardif ! De retour d'une sortie en voiture à 16h30, notre suite n'était pas nettoyée !! Des fourmies dans la maisonnette.

Pros:

La struttura è meravigliosa in ogni suo dettaglio, la camera pulita e accogliente in cui non mancava nulla. La possibilità di prenotare un massaggio senza uscire dalla struttura mentre i bimbi sono in piscina è decisamente quello che serve a genitori in vacanza!
La colazione molto ricca ha dato alle mie bambine la possibilità di scegliere e anche a me e mia moglie di assaggiare più cose, tutto delizioso. Nel complesso, ci tornerei di certo.

Nice hotel with a lovely pool and great breakfast in a great location
Pros:

The pool is great, beautiful views. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. It’s in a great location - rural and quiet but a short drive to Ostuni and the coast.

Cons:

The rooms are functional but a bit basic for the price, could be a bit more luxury / stylish / comfortable.

The staff were very helpful with our requests but it would have been great to have had a more thorough introduction when we arrived.

IL POSTO CHE SOGNI
Pros:

Arrivi in questa struttura e ti sembra di essere sospeso tra cielo, terra e mare. Il tuo sguardo si perde all'orizzonte nel panorama mozzafiato, che tra i colori di alba e tramonto ti riempie il cuore.
È tutto estremamente curato nei dettagli di chi fa questo mestiere per amore e passione. Dalle camere, al ristorante, dai piatti di ceramica colorati ai tavolini di ferro, dalle colazioni alle cene gourmet. Che dire, entri stanco ed esci rigerato nel corpo e nella mente.
Perfino la scelta della musica, mai troppo invadente, è una coccola mentre fai l'idromassaggio nell'area wellness stupenda.

Cons:

Non sono riuscita a trovare niente che non mi sia piaciuto.

A lovely location with a lovely pool let down by a poor breakfast experience, ants and its owner

the pool and pool area were lovely and quiet with a nice bar

Cons:

The breakfast was very poor and did not cater well for vegetarians. There was a poor choice of food available.
We were never asked if we would like anything like a coffee or cooked food. We had to go and hunt down the staff and ask.
There were ants everywhere in our room. The room was infested with ants and there was no clear attempt at ant control such as sprays or traps. Every morning they were all over the room, on the bed and teaming outside on the small terrace. This made the room uncomfortable and just unenjoyable.

We were also shouted at very aggressively by the owner when in his opinion we drove up the driveway to fast. A horrible guy who acted like a thug to intimidate.
