100% the best service in a hotel we had. We stayed in many 5 star hotels and you were by far the best.
Pros:

The service was probably the best we had around Europe. They all went above expectations

Waste of money.
Pros:

The food, the gym and the location is amazing.

Cons:

It took them 6 hours to get us the crib we requested. We kept calling to remind them and nothing until we got irritated with them. The front desk was also pretty rude when we were checking in. She kept insisting that we booked a room with 1 king bed until we pulled out our booking. Absolutely ridiculous for the price we paid for that 1 night. Staying at a 3 star hotel would have given us the same exact experience. I wouldn’t waste my money on this hotel ever again.

Muy caro ya que no es un 5 estrellas en la realidad !!
Pros:

El desayuno es bueno, nada especial pero muy lento porque se debe pedir todo a un garzón...el jugo, el pan tostado (no hay tostador), etc.
La ubicación es buena pero no extraordinaria como el Mandarin Oriental.

Cons:

Ser un hotel 5 estrellas con un costo de 1.500 euros la noche debe tener servicio a la habitación en forma gratuita....por
cada solicitud me cobraron 8 euros ...no es el costo....es la actitud !!
El baño debiera tener 2 lavamanos ...no los tiene...no reponen el frigobar...
Es excesivo el cobro para la calidad y servicio del hotel !!
