Pros:

Absolutely terrific staff.. Right from the Concierge to Front Desk to service team to house keeping. Everyone was extremely helpful, professional and always willing to help

The location is ideal .

Cons:

Even though it’s a top property, unfortunately I we experienced to my worms in the bathroom, which made our stay uncomfortable.. There were live carpets in the room should be shampooed and cleaned.. They are dirty and gloomy

Pros:

All the staff at the property are extremely friendly and always willing to help. Very impressive

Cons:

The cleanliness inside the rooms, specifically bathrooms was disturbing.. There were live worms crawling all over the bathroom.. The carpet inside the rooms was very dirty.

Looking at the guests well-being and health should be your top priority
