SOBREVENDEN LAS HABITACIONES, TENGAN CUIDADO Y CONFIRMEN AL HOTEL DESPUÉS DE RESERVAR POR APLICACIÓN
Pros:

El hotel sobrevendió la habitación y nos quedamos sin hospedaje. No nos respetaron la reservación y dijeron que no podían hacer nada puesto que no les aparecía. Después de un rato resultó ser que ellos no se comunicaron internamente y no registraron nuestra reservación, por lo que no pudimos hospedarnos.

Cons:

La actitud del personal para la resolución del problema, no querían hacerse responsables de nada y tenían puras evasivas de respuestas, sin embargo fue incómodo puesto que no podías resolver la situación.

Es un lugar con muy buena ubicación, la playa a una cuadra de distancia, tiendas de conveniencia muy cerca pero sobre todo un lugar seguro.

Cons:

El estacionamiento no tiene quien lo atienda y hay que abrir personalmente el acceso. En la administración te dan las llaves y las tienes que regresar, es un poco tedioso. Pero en términos generales lo demás muy bien
