The place is good and the staff is very helpful. They offer and organize various tours in the area, which is a great plus. The rooms are basic, but my room did not have air conditioning. The location also is good.
What I didn't like was that it was quite dirty under the bed.
Tutto perfetto. Soggiornato una notte per visitare le piantagioni di tè. Ti aiutano nell'organizzare le escursioni e sono molto disponibili. Nella camera non c'è l'aria condizionata ma non se ne sente la mancanza: la temperatura ad agosto era ottimale. Si possono prenotare le escursioni direttamente tramite l'host e partono dal parcheggio della struttura.

Està net, s’arriba ràpid al centre de la ciutat, hi ha una sala d’estar molt gran i acollidora que forma part de les zones comuns, així com la cuina. Tenia una font per carregar les ampolles d’aigua o fer un té amb aigua calenta. Un àmbit tranquil.
L’habitació no era massa gran i no havia espai per deixar i obrir la maleta, s’havia de fer a sobre del llit. Tots els plànols i activitats a fer estan penjats en un mural, però a la recepció no et donen massa més informació que per la zona que és jo ho hagués agraït, per exemple sobre la dificultats dels diferents trials o quines àrees a visitar eren més interessants.

Es gibt eine kleine Gemeinschaftsküche, dir mit den wichtigsten Sachen ausgestattet ist. Das Zimmer war sauber. Es gibt auch die Möglichkeit einen Roller vor Ort zu mieten und die Cameron Highlands auf eigene Faust zu erkunden. Wir haben einen Ausflug über das Hotel gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden damit.
Leider haben die Handtücher eine schlechte Qualität (sauber aber trocknen nicht gut ab).
