Pros:

This hotel is a real gem.
Every one was very kind and helpful.
We upgraded our room to one with the sea view, and we couldn't left the room, by far one of the best value for money we've had.
Truly thankful.

Perfekt für Paare die ruhe wollen
Pros:

Perfekt für Paare. Toller Service und sehr freundliche, zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter. Das Zimmer war fantastisch. Die Extrakosten für den Meerblick lohnen sich absolut! Das Frühstück war ebenfalls ein Highlight, da man direkt aus einer Karte bestellen kann. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Pros:

Great location, very modern facility, looks 5 stars, nice staff.

Cons:

Lake of communication between staff, pool closes too early, slow room service at evening night, electricity problem with elevators, poor gym, not all facility options were mentioned at the beginning. Private Pool in the room makes all the floor wet when being used, for summery -Needs improvements.

Pros:

Splinternieuw hotel, vlak aan de kust met een top service en een schitterend restaurant. Vriendelijke staff en vraag de barman vooral naar zijn specials!

Cons:

Enige kritiek zouden onbenullige details zijn. En als tip: laat Mailia links liggen tenzij je fuifbeest bent.

Pros:

Sehr gut gedämmtes Zimmer im Obergeschoss, wir brauchten keine Klimaanlage. Ausblick aufs Meer sehr schön. Frühstück sehr abwechslungsreich und hochwertig.

Cons:

Balkon hat keine Beschattung.
HP Karte sehr klein, wenn man auf die Aufpreis Angebote verzichten will.
Die Sonnenschirme am Pool sind ein Witz, viel zu klein.

Mooie inrichting van het hotel. Ruim balkon met zicht op zee.

Cons:

Geen strand, ontbijt was "beperkt". Zwembad sluit stipt om 6 uur.

For the price I paid it was a good stay but there were things we didn’t like
Pros:

The room was nice, good size had Netflix and YouTube on the tv all be it you have to have a log in but that was grwat. The bean bag beds for the non pool room on level 3 which we had was super comfortable.

The staff especially nico queenie Daniella and Adonis were great!

The breakfast was superb.

The overall look of hotel was brilliant.

Cons:

Only 10 beds by the ball, I get it people have pools on their room but there still wasn’t enough for the guests in my opinion.

The toilet didn’t have a door it’s quite a heavy sliding door that operates between shower and toilet.

The gym is non existent 1 row 1 treadmill no dumbbells or machines and a few yoga mats, I wouldn’t call it a gym in all honesty.

The pool is opposite where you eat breakfast lunch and dinner which my partner found uncomfortable. Being in a bikini whilst people eating breakfast and lunch etc.

Was disappointed
Pros:

People are nice!!

Cons:

I was disappointed with the service. When I arrived, I was given a room with a door that couldn’t be locked. Instead of offering me another room, they made me wait for an hour while someone tried to fix the issue. A much better solution would have been to move me to a different room immediately, rather than keeping me waiting for so long. Basically i paid for four nights, and i left early. I just stayed two nights.
