Pros:

Beds are really big and clean. Price and service balance is good.

Cons:

My room is cleaned everyday, that was good but when i first come to hotel, there are some dust inside the drawer of my wardrobe and upside the one of the furniture.(the furniture that includes the fridge and microwave). Except for these, everything were good.

I stayed for a couple of days at the start and end of my holiday, most enjoyable.
Pros:

The breakfast facility is provided by the cafe and bakeery adjoining the hotel. It is not included within the booked room price.
The choices of breakfast are very good, from a reasonably priced menu. Breakfasts are evening meals are delivered by staff from the cafe to your hotel room
The hotel and cafe staff were lovely, and the reception staff great, considerate and helpful, on my first visit to Thailand.
The pool area was well kept, clean and a great place to swim and relax.

Pros:

Everything about the place was great. The rooms were high quality with proper air conditioning, the staff were great and really nice. Good pool as well

Cons:

Distance from Patong and no buses going there. However it is quite close to the Old Town

Pros:

The staff were really helpful and friendly, and spoke brilliant English. The room was really nice and comfortable.

Cons:

The balcony wasnt great as got no sun and the location was a bit out of the way, if the hotel served food a bit later than it does that would have been better.
