Good value for private room with shared bathroom and kitchen in the center of town
Pros:

A pleasant apartment offering comfortable private rooms and shared common areas, including a bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The property is clean, well maintained, and provides excellent value for money, especially given its location in the Poblado neighborhood.

The host is kind, responsive, and genuinely committed to ensuring that guests have a positive experience. The other guests were also friendly and respectful, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere.

Cons:

The host's instructions were unclear. First, I was not certain which room had been assigned to me. Second, I understood that once I had collected the keys, I would no longer need the entry code to access the apartment.

To my surprise, when I returned late at night with the keys but without the code, I was unable to enter the apartment. After waiting outside for two hours without anyone entering or leaving the building, I had no choice but to find alternative accommodation for the night, even though all of my belongings remained inside my room.

This situation could have been avoided with clearer communication regarding the access procedures. I was at least happy that the host took responsibility for the mix-up and offered a discounted price for the additional nights.

Gute Lage, sauber und ordentlich, angenehmer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, schöne Wohnung mit mehreren Zimmern, einem Gemeinschaftsraum mit Balkon, einer Gemeinschaftsküche mit ausreichend Stauraum für Lebensmittel, Kühlschränken etc.
Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich.
Sehr freundliche und schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber per Chat.

Cons:

Mein Zimmer war sehr klein, was angesichts des Preises in Ordnung war. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt sollte das ggf. berücksichtigt werden.
Leider ließ sich meine Zimmertür nicht abschließen.

Cons:

This is not a hotel, it is not an apartment, it is a room in a shared apartment, one toilet and shower for all residents, there is no air conditioning in the room, only a window fan in the room towards the corridor of the other residents in the apartment, but the owners were considerate and agreed to refund my money For days I wasn't there because I had to shorten my stay there.
