The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
Pros:

There was no breakfast. But there was a good coffee machine in the lobby.

Cons:

The elevator was horrible I waited 17 minutes for it to arrive. The button kept going on and off. There was definitely problem.

Erwartungen wurden voll erfüllt, sehr empfehlenswert. Wir würden wieder buchen 👍
Pros:

Perfekt für Reisende, die sich selbst versorgen oder länger bleiben wollen, hier gibt es eine gute Küchenausstattung, Waschmaschine+Trockner im Keller, Betten sind sehr groß und bequem, sauber, Fenster sind minimal zu öffnen, Klima kann ausgeschaltet werden. Die Stadt schläft nicht und Bauarbeiten finden meist nachts statt, das sollte man berücksichtigen, aber wir konnten das gut ausblenden. Lage ist perfekt für alles was man erkunden möchte, wir haben Manhattan erlaufen und sind sogar bis Brooklyn und Jersey. Der öffentliche Nahverkehr ist super easy und bringt dich überall hin.

Cons:

Meine Erwartungen wurden erfüllt. Kann hier wenig bemängeln, wenn ich lange nachdenke, evtl. die Messer, die nicht geradeaus schneiden :). Fenster lassen sich nur schwer öffnen, hier könnte ggf. die Mechanik mal geschmeidiger gemacht werden. Einige hier bemängeln den Fahrstuhl. Wir hatten keine Probleme, aber man muss zu Stoßzeiten schon einige Zeit einplanen. Bei kürzeren Entfernungen ist man schneller über die Treppe. Generell aber fährt der Fahrstuhl ohne Zwischenstopps super schnell. Vom Waschkeller, Fitnessstudio läuft man besser 1 Etage hoch, denn da wartet man sehr lange.

Prijs kwaliteit is top, netjes, goede locatie en goede voorzieningen
Pros:

De locatie is perfect. Ook prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Iedere dag werd schoongemaakt ondanks dat het maar eens per week zou zijn. Gratis koffie en thee. Keukenblok is ideaal.

Pros:

Tiene laundry para usar libremente las 24 hs.
Te dejan en la habitación una esponja, detergente y una pastilla para el lavavajillas.
Hay varios elementos en recepción que te los prestan toda la estadía, por ejemplo una licuadora. También juegos y más cosas.
El baño cuenta con shampoo, acondicionador, jabón y crema.
La ventana del cuarto tiene doble vidrio y aísla bastante el ruido.
La ubicación es buena a una cuadra de la estación de subte que combina varias líneas.
Te guardan las valijas antes de ingresar y después del check out.

Cons:

La recepcionista es antipática.
Falta de jabón sólido en el baño.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es lädt nicht zum verweilen ein, aber für tägliches sightseeing völlig ausreichend.

Alojamento confortável, limpo e muito central em NYC
Pros:

Alojamento impecável, muito limpo e confortável. A estação de metro é Times Square, para ver a centralidade do Alojamento. Tudo a funcionar dentro do quarto e ofereceram o café para o pequeno almoço. Pessoal sempre disponível e atencioso. Relação preço/qualidade excelente.

Great stay experience
Pros:

The location was at the heart of city. It was easy to commute. There were lot of eateries around as well.

Cons:

We found that dome of the cutlery should have been extra. While it was for 2 people, but everytime we have to wash cup or plates to reuse it. If there were couple of extra cutlery then it would have been nicer.
