Top Lage und tolles Hotel.
Pros:

Die Lage ist top. Das Hotel ist vom Konzept auch echt toll gemacht. Bisschen italienisches Flair.

Cons:

Also das Zustellbett war nur ein ausgeklappter Sessel.
Die Nacht darauf war wirklich nicht gut. Das muss ich sagen. Da müsste man sich was anderes überlegen. Zu hart und zu unbequem.

Excelente opción para quedarse en Graz
Pros:

Me pasaron automáticamente a una mejor habitación, la loggia con balcón desde donde se divisa la Annenstraße y al fondo la Franziskanerkirche. Desde el primer momento me pareció una habitación estupenda, con todo lo necesario: cafetera, minibar, WC separado de la ducha, camas cómodas con enchufes a ambos lados, tv de gran tamaño, y todo limpio, moderno y supersilencioso pese a estar en una zona concurrida. Está al lado de la estación de tren, para mí muy conveniente porque al día siguiente había de continuar viaje. Aunque no está en el centro, Graz es una ciudad manejable y puedes llegar en unos pocos minutos en tranvía, en bici o simplemente caminando. En la estación hay un supermercado que cierra más tarde que los comercios normales. Recomiendo este hotel, no defrauda.

Nettes Hotel mit gutem Frühstück in praktischer Lage.

Die Lage und der Umweltgedanke. Es gibt nette Details und das Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Das Personal im allgemeinen war nicht sehr aufmerksam oder freundlich. Ein netteres Personal hätte den Aufenthalt deutlich verbessert.
