Stunning hotel with amazing restaurants superb quality food and service
Pros:

Location , amazing design, gorgeous garden and stunning room and pool . Mirella was superb . Her excellent customer service proves why we always happy to choose Hyat high standards over other stays . At the Picador we were blown away by the food quality and flavours of their unique dishes. We had our best meals ever paired with great attentive service.

Cons:

Outside pools were not heated and for us in May they were to cold to enjoy and jacuzzi’s water temp in spa was also not warm enough

Second time staying, disappointing!
Pros:

Grounds are beautiful and the landscaping is stunning.

Cons:

Have stayed at La Zambra previously and felt that the level of service had definitely dropped.
It was disappointing to find that the kids club is now only available on a chargeable basis at €15 an hour & in addition they have also introduced a €10 charge for room service. Have never encountered these sorts of charges when staying at a luxury hotel before, you’re already paying a premium as it is!!!
Hotel is looking a bit tired in places and there was an unpleasant smell in our bathroom.
We visited in May and the pools were still freezing so think it would be valuable for the hotel to heat the pools as it seems these are only usable June-Sept, the grassy area around the pool was also unpleasant and sandy. Overall we came away a bit disappointed with our stay having previously loved the hotel.

Life is good at La Zambra
Pros:

Superb hotel, wonderful rooms and friendly staff.
Slightly isolated however a ten minute cab ride gets you to local towns.
Views you must see.

Fantastic staff, very helpful in facilitating any needs. The hotel is in a beautiful location with tastefully designed rooms which are kept spotless. The breakfast selection is extensive with 3 different restaurants to choose from for meals later in the day. I would definitely stay again.

Completely unprofessional service regarding invoices and lack of respect for the customer's time
Cons:

Extremely disappointed with the billing process. Despite selecting the invoice option during booking and sending two follow-up messages, the hotel has failed to provide a proper business invoice for over a month. Their only response was a brief message asking me to email them separately. This is unacceptable; I use Booking.com to avoid such unnecessary back-and-forth. Issuing an invoice is a standard legal obligation and a basic hospitality requirement. Their lack of professionalism in this matter is honestly disgraceful.
