La amable que fue la recepcionista mi hija tenía un evento a las2pm la tarde y nosotros llegamos al hotel a las 12pm. Yo sabía que el check in es a las 3pm entonces pedí permiso si podia usar el lobby para que peinar y maquillar a mi hija. Y la recepcionista nos dio permiso de hacer el check in a las 12 dijo que podíamos usar el cuarto para estar más cómodo maquillando. Sin duda alguna volvería s ese hotel

Newer hotel and still has that “new” smell which is a win for me! Bed was hard and sheets were rough. Very no frills and cheap quality everything. No hairdryer, lotion, etc in bathroom. Room has a little kitchenette, but you have to ask for plates and utensils. Was fine for what I needed.

There was no one at the desk to check us in for a good 5 minutes. She was showing someone a room. We got to our room and it was not ready. Beds were not made and was not cleaned. Said we were upgraded to a king bed which was what i had ordered to begin with
