The staffs are super friendly and helpful, good with kids too, the renewed garden spa is amazing, definitely worth the money
I loved the spa facilities, the setup, the service and how helpful the staff were.. our time there was magical.. would definitely recommend a stay here
I spent a little extra and booked a room with a hotub on the balcony hoping to enjoy an intimate private dip with my partner.. that wasnt to be the case, the ambiance was ruined over an over by constant dog walkers an ramblers ogling which made us feel very uncomfortable.. i would not recommend this room type unless you want to pay a large amount to give a very public show
A really lovely hotel in beautiful grounds with friendly and helpful staff. The outdoor pool was a beautiful facility.
The indoor pool was being re-furbished during our stay which we weren't aware of when we booked. Nevertheless we were able to take full advantage of the outdoor pool which was heated.

The room is beautiful, spacious and well-equipped. You can enjoy the spa with indoor and outdoor pools. There is a gym room too. The location is peaceful and quiet with free parking. The staff are. extremely helpful and friendly. It’s a good place for vacation.

Beautiful building with character and tasteful furnishings. Excellent spa. Lovely terrace for dining.
Service could be a little more attentive during breakfast as well as when sitting outside during late morning. Some tables not cleared of drinks for somewhile.
The whole experience was totally amazing, the staff were so enthusiastic and helpful to the n’th degree. The food was a gastric delight, just wonderful, the setting is serene, can’t wait to visit it again.
