Die Ruhige Lage und das Ambiente.
Alles perfekt gewesen.
Feeling of zen. A place to relax. A place to hike. Absolutely fantastic staff. Ese always smiling. Tranquility. Best breakfast - quality and colours. Walkable distance to Cómparte.
It is a quite and magical place. As there is not many rooms, it feels like you have a private pool most of the time. And everyone there are really helpful in finding amazing restaurants and great hiking places.

Uitgebreid en fantastisch verzorgd ontbijt. Met liefde bereid en geserveerd. Persoonlijke aandacht en veel tips van de hosts en personeel. Fantastische locatie met rust en ruimte. Geweldige faciliteiten waaronder een heerlijke massagestoel, bibliotheek en relax- en ligstoelen.
We have had the most wonderful stay at Malaga Hills Boutique & Wellness B&B. Nestled on the hillside with spectacular views across the mountains and beyond to the sea, this place oozes class and tranquility.
The accommodation is immaculate and restful, with very cool artistic touches in the décor to enjoy. We’ve made full use of the wellness facilities — the sauna and lovely pool in particular were perfect after a day hiking, and there are wonderful trails available right from the door.
All the staff were amazing throughout our stay — warm, attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The owner and team managed that fine balance of being there when you need them while also allowing complete rest and relaxation when you don’t.
Breakfast was a work of art in itself: fresh, delicious, and everything you could need to set you up for the day.
We didn’t have a car and frequently took the short (albeit a bit steep to start!) walk into Cómpeta, where we found a great choice of restaurants, supermarkets, and a wonderful ice cream shop. The atmosphere in the square was lovely.
A special mention also goes to Maria’s taxi service — Maria was exceptionally helpful and absolutely top-notch professional, which made getting around easy and stress-free.
We enjoyed our stay here so much and would highly recommend this very special place.
Heerlijke B&B, zowel het bed als het ontbijt zijn geweldig. B&B ligt heel rustig met allemaal goede faciliteiten (zwembad, zonnenterras, fitness mogelijkheden, goede wifi). De eigenaren en personeel zijn allemaal zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Malaga Hills is een zeer goede basis voor heerlijke wandelingen door de bergen in de omgeving van Còmpeta en daarnaast te ontspannen. Kortom, geweldig genoten!
De kleinschaligheid, het comfort, de faciliteiten, het ontbijt, de wandelomgeving, de menselijke benadering en de mensen zelf.
Niets, maar als kleinigheidje misschien het klein half uurtje lopen langs de weg naar Cómpeta. Dan maar met de auto😀

Very steep driveway! Would prefer an option for an earlier breakfast. 9.30 was a little late for us.

Ik verbleef eind oktober in Malaga Hills en was verbaasd over het heerlijke, warme weer. We hebben door de adviezen van eigenaresse Vréneli prachtige bergwandelingen gemaakt. De routes zijn soms spectaculair en de hangbrug op één van de trails is echt een aanrader. In het dorp verraste de kwaliteit van de restaurants ons. Eerlijk gezegd hadden we dat niet verwacht in deze bergdorpjes. Het verwarmde zwembad was best groot en het was voor ons fijn dat er een goede gym was. Wel jammer dat het zwembad ’s avonds werd voorzien van een deken.
NEP REVIEW
We hebben hier geboekt door de goede reviews die we lazen. Ik heb daar vaak meer vertrouwen in dan in de reclameteksten van hotels zelf. Toen ik de reviews met bijna allemaal een 10 of een 9 las, viel me één vreemde, net geplaatste anonieme reactie op met een 1. Er staan zaken beschreven die simpelweg niet kloppen, weet ik nu. Ik kan alleen maar gissen waarom men met deze nep review het kleine hotel wil beschadigen. Echt bizar en ik begrijp niet waarom zowel Booking.com als de eigenaar dit laten staan. Het zet je als lezer toch op een verkeerd been, jammer.
Mwah, eigenlijk niets aan te merken. Gewoon een zeer fijne plek.
